We ordered some chicken frm this place today went to go pick it up they did not do a gd job wrapping the chicken it spilled all over the car n on my kids on the back they had to come back home n change bcuz all the juices were all over there clothes never going back there again really disappointed on how they wrapped the chicken ????????????
Ordered double bacon avocado. Asked to remove onion and tomato.- burger has no bacon- onion and two thick slices of tomato in it.First time back in about 4+ years. I don't know if I'll be returning. And wooow fries are saturated in salt. Way too salty to eat.
First time here today. Ordered asada burrito w/o onion nor cheese. First impression, it was a nice big size. Upon first bite, I could tell asap the meat had no seasoning. But what saved this $10 burrito was their house made salsa. It came alive after that. Was blessed with a complimentary 1/4 rotisserie chicken to try ?? looks and smells good; let's hope..! I'll be back. Just add some salt, it goes a longggg way. :)
Never again would I go there. It was not worth $11 for a quesadilla. I’ve never seen a place add guacamole, tomatoes, & onions before it was horrible. The guac overpowered the whole thing. Also their fries use to be big with more salt & seasoning and now they’re skinny toothpicks. And even after going around the drive through a second time they still got the order wrong. It use to be way better before they remolded now it seems like they’re trying to get as much money as they can for mediocre work and ideas
Pretty sure I got re-used food. if you can’t afford a business then stay closed. Born and raised in La puente, do better.
I loved coming here for the chili cheese fries but they switched up their fries. Fries were over cooked, dry and no seasoning. These weren't the fries they opened up with. Please stick to what worked.
I ordered a classic steak sandwich combo. This is a guilty pleasure for me. They are now using shoe string fries which are fine. I like fresh iced tea and this was a let down. It came from a fountain. Very much a freeze dried powder taste to the iced tea. The sandwich is classic steak with lettuce and tomatoes. Some onion rings on the sandwich would be an improvement, but it was fine as is. Glad to see they are open again.
For a Cheeseburger combo that costs over 10 Dollars, I expected something better. The burger was barely warm, had two nasty tomato heels, and had SALAD MIX instead of lettuce on it, and the fries were clearly old and re-fried.Really? They should have more pride in their business.
It was early in the morning so there wasn't that many people when we arrived, we gave the cashier our order she had us check it out on the screen it looked okay on the screen but when it actually came up it was a totally different order we had ordered the pancake special and we were just given eggs and bacon or sausage. Don't get me wrong it was delicious but it would have been even better if we had gotten what we truly wanted and had ordered
Just reopened..need better cooks, also poor girl taking orders needs to be trained properly.Was our favorite place before covid. Owner is super nice..Hopefully it will get better in time.
