The staff is very disorganized, these people work in slow motion. Way too long of a wait. It was very hot. They don't want to turn on the air conditioner, but they do want your money. NO THANK YOU!!!!! Don't eat here. The tables were dirty. Very disappointing. The burger patties were small. Low quality meat with high fat content. Will not be back. Just say no, to this trash!!
Food is like we saw on the pictures and the taste is really good. Customer service is excellent, they are really nice!
As we walked in we were greeted with annoyance and mean looks. I get it, you don’t want to work, but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude to your customers at the sight of someone walking in. But that isn’t why I am giving a one star review. As I am ordering my food I ask for a Double Char Burger Combo. My girlfriend asks for a Char Burger Combo. We sit down, and go to eat our food as it’s called. I instantly notice that the burger looks off putting. Probably my imagination. I take a bite. Absolutely horrid. Okay, maybe its just me. About halfway in I look at the burger and realize I am eating fake meat. I look at the receipt, the lady punched in an impossible burger for what reason only God knows. How hard is it to just re-read the order or ask for some clarification? You are the voice behind my food, are you not? Not to mention, charged me extra by punching in a drink and fries (which should come with the combo) separately. My girlfriend later felt sick to her stomach. As i looked at hers, we realized the burger was raw. Didn’t even want to say anything at that point considering how absolutely rude they were. Got up, and left. Will never be coming back to this location in my lifetime. Get employees who actually care about their job and aren’t afraid to go the extra mile to make sure my food is the way customers order it. Asking for the bare minimum here.
We've been there 3 times. In each case it took a minimum of 20 minutes to get our hamburgers. The first time the door was open and we showed up just after the opening time on the door. But they wouldn't let us in for another 30 minutes. The second time we placed our order and waited, And waited. And waited. Finally I asked what happened to our order. They couldn't find it. The third time they were just slow. Given all the choices for fast food hamburgers, these guys certainly could do a better job delivering on the promise of "fast food".

Hands down, best grilled chicken sandwich around. Order it on grilled sourdough. It's served restaurant style - cut diagonally with toothpicks inserted. Burgers are fantastic too. And the fries are near perfection: hot and crispy, potatoey inside. I always say it's what In-N-Out would be if they charbroiled and weren't so skimpy!
came to pick up a mobile order, meanwhile its packed inside, the order isnt ready (which is fine) so we go outside to wait because theres no where to sit or stand inside. we come back not even 10 minutes later and the worker sees that were back, says nothing, we sit for 10 more minutes meanwhile our food is just sitting on the counter (had no idea it was ours because no one told or asked us a thing). We finally get our food 30 minutes after pick up time and then come home to find that were missing fries, and the sandwiches are made wrong when it literally says on the recipet what to and not to put on it… how does that work?? dont waste your time here unless you have time to spare.
Every time I come, I leave Satisfied. The staff here are awesome and very helpful. This location has the best teamwork. Today, a man fell outside the store, and he spilled his drinks. Then, I witnessed a team member named Jillean on her lunch break! get up and race to help him. I thought it was very nice of her to do that. Thank you, Jillean and staff, for being amazing!
Delicious burgers and amazing service. DEFINITELY would recommend after a long day shopping.
This place is has good tasting food. I ordered the teriyaki char combo it's worth the price.The staff can be a little more into their jobs since they work in customer service but overall I would recommend it.
