My family and I have visited this location several times and either went to Fridays for a few drinks, food, or meet with family. I rate this location 4 stars because on more than one occasion the service was not too great. This had occurred mostly in the bar area and no it was not crowded. My sister was also not too thrilled about the size of her steak. I’m sure it was a 6 oz steak but the presentation was poor.

Now I remember why I never eat here. The service was trash. She barley came by. When I asked her the beers on tap she begun with a long um and started to read of the bottle menu. Then when she said IPA I chose that. When she returned, she brought me a bud light and took the order. And we never saw her again. I even had to ask the manager for the check. And someone else for boxes that never came. The servers seemed like they rather talk about last night next to the host stand instead of help us out. I wanted to switch the beers bit never got any chance to ask anyone. The food was what you expect from a dying chain restaurant. Blan and so so. I know good employees are hard to find but none of the ones in this place are working out. This Friday's has reminded me never to come back here. And I'll listen this time

We got the shrimp carbonera and whiskey ribs with loaded baked potato ?, mozzarella sticks and a side of mac n cheese and it was all delicious! I usually don't like teas because they are too sugary or too sour but the strawberry passion tea was perfect. My husband got the plain tea and just added sugar. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and friendly.

we where on our way home from Universal Studios and decided to stop by for some food nice ambiance fast service and our waitress was very attentive and friendly food was delicious i highly recommend TGI Friay good family restaurant

I used to go here all the time especially on fridays.. hang out at bar get appetizers, beer, a burger n fries. Its been years since i last visited so i gave it a go in feb 2022 around lunch time. No one was hardly there. Service was slow and food wasn't the greatest. I usually dont give bad reviews but they need better food items. Definitely won't be going back.

This location definitely deserves 5 stars the service was great, we were greeted and seated immediately, it was super busy but our waitress immediately acknowledged us, the food was good and hot, drinks was delicious, I'm not sure if this is everyday service but if so I definitely recommend!

Ordered a medium steak came out well done and so tough I could not chew it so they gave me $10 off my bill. The shrimp was good but cold.Ate salad and mashed potatoes and the shrimpWaiter was nice bartending was nice but the food but the food was not so great.

Made a quick stop for a late lunch on our way back from L.A.Got seated immediately. Service was excellent. Food was great ! Ordered half a rack of baby back ribs, (should've ordered a full rack).

Got great service. They have a pretty good IPA unlike BJ'S next store. And they can split the bill with everyone, unlike BJ'S. Our waiter and staff where professional and polite. Will for sure be back next week.

Got s few things. Tried the Philly cheese burger. In the picture it looked like a meal. You know how those pictures go. Fries were less than a handful. The burger had a good taste, meat was flavorful and juicy. The size was on the smaller side. The bacon cheese burger was average. Nothing to put it over the top. They do use a thicker meat patty. Boneless Chicken wings seemed more like nuggets. They DO NOT have the endless apps anymore. As advertised TGIF said they put it on the menu, so we thought. Handicap parking is not close to the entrance. Large parking area but not close to front door. Weekdays are not crowded.
