Great place to go eat with friends and family. Food is very tasty. I will visit again
This was my family’s first time here. We got there early at 5 pm and was seated and waited on immediately. The veggies are fresh and clean. The thinly sliced meats were fresh and there was more than enough to make you happy. Each of family had there favorite soup broths but by far, the Miso soup both was the most flavorful. I added a spoonful of garlic and it was the perfect broth everyone agreed. Nothing else was necessary. Our server, Jasmine was attentive and friendly to our party of seven. We will all be back whether together or separately! Perfect for a date night or with friends too! We all highly reccomend this restaurant. $21-$31 per person depending on protein selection.
It's a good place but there not cheap at all but again it is a nice place meats are on call and you get about 1hr 30min to eat at the buffet
This is definitely a good place for AYCE Japanese shabu shabu. I would give it 80-85 out of 100. However, here are three things I need to say. Hopefully, the owner of the restaurant will see and can make improvements.1. There were sand in clams! Lots of sand so that we didn’t order any clams after the first round.2. Not sure if the staff misunderstood or the meat was mislabeled in the kitchen? They told us that meat in photo #1 was “premium beef” and in photo #2 was “Wagyu”. That doesn’t make sense at all! Are you serious??3. The calamari tasted okay but it had a thin but extremely strong film on the surface… see the 3rd picture? That was funny…
I went last night and put my name on the waiting list that they said would only be 10 minutes. 1 hour passed by and they never told us our table was ready. I've been here once and it was good but I'm never coming back again
If you eat slightly larger portions, you'd really get your money's worth with the premium All You Can Eat options. The quality of food is always good. If it's a bit busy though, you'd probably get a little more attention at the bar for refills and new orders.
Wow I NEVER thought I would be writing a bad review for this place. We walked in and there were no tables available for service. They decided to not use tables and that is because they don’t have the staff to handle table, which is understandable but they didn’t even have the staffing to man the amount of people sitting at the bar seating. They had one employee who obviously knew what he was doing but was overwhelmed but the amount of people and the fact that you can tell he was training the other girl. They did the best they could but holy hell did I feel bad for asking for something because you can tell they were exhausted and this is even before the dinner rush. Food was great and fresh. Service was lacking due to lack of staffing. I tipped more then usual because I felt for the employees! To top it off, there is no ice so all the drink were room temp after five minutes lol the owners need to look at helping their staff more.

First time trying out Ten Shabu. Choice and quality of meats/veggies was very good. Many soup bases to choose from. I will be coming back when I'm in the mood for shabu.
