Lengua quesadilla was ok, bland. The female at the drive thru not very welcoming or happy. I felt like I was bothering her coming so late at night.First time there, I've been to the one in Azusa on Azusa and they're a bit better in personality. Why are the employees shown MUCH better customer service to be friendly and smile.
Mexican fast food with drive through and indoor dine-in. There’s a free parking lot. Credit cards and cash accepted. Came here on a Saturday around 2pm for a snack. There was no line inside, and our food came out in 5 minutes. There’s a self-service station where you can get salsas, pre-bagged onion & cilantro combos, and refried beans. There were bathrooms available in the right of the restaurant. The tacos were $1.99 each and were street-sized, but they give a good amount of meat. I did enjoy my al pastor tacos, and 2 tacos is a good size for a snack or a light lunch (particularly if you eat some of the beans too). My dad enjoys the lengua and the cabeza. It’s good for big groups as well as families. No table service. Overall, it’s a good place to get fast, reasonably priced Mexican food.
Food is good; there is nothing fancy or something to say wow. It takes care of your appetite. I recommend the tacos and tortas, which is the only thing I have ordered. Another good thing is that you can order your food online.
Just ordered and asked for extra sauce. This young lady in the drive thru window was extremely rude. Saying “here’s your food”! “you already have sauce” ! All in a screaming voice almost. While her helper laughed at the way she treated me. Just called the restaurant and the phone is not in service. Where are the managers here ?
HORRIBLE. I ordered from door dash and had a total of $74 and I asked for a side of beans with each other and GOT NOTHING. I asked for 6 sides of onion and cilantro since the order is clearly for a large group and got TWO QUARTER FILLED bags. I asked for 10 lemon wedges (2 for each person) and got FOUR. Now we have to decide who in our group doesn't get to have any condiments for the order. This location just continues to disappoint me. Every order they are skimping more and more, yet continue to raise their prices. I called to speak to the manager and they just have me waiting on hold with the employees talking in the background. This is the last time I'll be ordering from this location. Their customer service is a joke.
101 S Azusa AveWest Covina, CA 91791United StatesI was lied to. rushed and disrespected. there was no manager on site. i did not get the correct order. my inconvenience was handled carelessly. i asked for the 2 women names to report them to corporate and they lied and refused to tell me. i asked for a refund and i was told to come back in 24 HOURS. if the money is not back on my card?? it was so messed up. i do not live close. it was over all a sad experience. all i wanted to do was feed my kids and drive back home to chino.
Best militas, tacos and quesadillas ever, great and fast service
Quality Mexican food at great prices. We always get the bucket of champurrado, awesome hot beverage for the winter season. Don't forget Taco Tuesday!!
We ordered two mulitas and torta Cubana it was ok for the price but I wish they improve their taste to authentic Mexican food.I you are in a rush and don't want to spend too much money here the place to eat. Quick service, clean and great Latino music.
Food was fine but service was bad this time. I asked a girl for a cup of ice and she gave me a tiny cup so I politely asked for a normal size cup and she said flat out No. ?No reason. Just no. Pretty rude. I just said okay and left.My receipt says the cashier name was Julissa so think it was her. It was on Thursday Dec 30th at like 415pm
