One of the better AYCE sushi joints in the SGV. Servers are super pleasant, caring and friendly. Food comes out fast and delicious. Premium choices include Hokkaido scallops and blue fin Tuna. Highly recommended.
Wanted to try this place for the first time. The size of the nigiri is small when we ordered AYCE. Both the fish and the rice were tiny compared to others. We also had to wait a long time for the waiter to follow up just to get the next round.
My friend and I were looking for something last minute before going to study at a cafe. We decided to go to SushiMe Roll'n. I think if you do all 3 rounds for the All You Can Eat (AYCE), it is worth it. We did the AYCE and ordered Miso Soup, Salad, Poke Salad, Spicy California Roll, Tuna Roll, Shrimp Sashimi, Mackerel Sashimi, Tuna Sashimi and Avocado Tuna Roll. All the rolls and sashimi were delicious. I would go back during dinner become it is the same price all day. They have a good drink selection as well. It is located in a busy plaza so the parking is plenty but it is busy.
Had the teriyaki bowl and Cali roll. Teriyaki Was good, but you get less for your money now, compared to the last time I was there. Cali roll was plain. $26.25 for 2 small bowls and 1 roll. Looks like I need to find a new place.
Price of sushi and eating out has gone up. This place...is no different. Servers were cool though, food came out quick.
So showed up at 7:30 for a table. Was told that it would be 45 mins. One hour and forty five minutes later, still no table. The staff was really nice and helpful. I'm not sure if I had a waiter or if it's a group service situation. For $38 a head I would expect better quality and more appealing presentation. Beer selection was a bit lacking, as someone who frequently dines out I wouldn't choose this as my first or second choice. If the the third choice was booked I'd probably go back and try again. Really the negative review is for the large cockroach that appeared to have been smashed on the floor in plain sight in the kitchen area seen while walking back from the bathrooms.
We had rolls and gyozas as well as some drinks. The key to awesome rolls is always the freshness of the ingredients and over here, it's definitely fresh! Will definitely return as the food was all good!
Went with family... the food was exceptional really good but the service was poor we kept getting one plate at the time they never refilled any drinks forgot rolls and soups its abvious they didn't care about service maybe because 18 %is added to the bill. Automatically when 5 or more people go will not return to dine in but definitely to take out
If you like the fusion style of Sushi then this will be your best choice. The food was fresh and delicious. I ate AYCE. Food was served pretty quickly. Miso soup was too salty for me though.
Really great food and amazing staff. Lots of choices and they also have sushi with no rice that was amazing I’ll definitely be coming back.
