They took forever, left my daughters toasted sandwhich out and open so long it was cold and hard by the time she got in the car... and they make sandwhiches like tacos, with all veggies and sauces in the fold. Who makes a sandwhich like that???
Absolutely horrible service. The sign on the window clearly states the shop is open at 9AM but the employees will not open the door until 10AM because management told them at 10AM.
What a disappointment. This is not the first time nor second time. Not even the third time, This is the fourth and last time. From rude staff members, orders being wrong & running out of bread. We finally got the straw that broke the camel's back. We shall no longer patronize that place. Just a waste of time. The owner just so happens to own 3 more in close proximity to this location. That I am aware of, but could be more. With all the on goings we have spoken with him a few times. This location is running neck & neck with the Eastland shopping center Subway for sure. Even though the name on the marquee may look the same. What goes on inside and behind the counter is totally different. Just remember you are going to consume your purchase. So make sure you are getting what you are paying for.
This place is shut down
It was good to visit this Subway location. Very clean, no waiting, and service with a smile. Though I live 5 miles away I never been to this one in my life. Great food by the way.
Good subway. Would be a five when they start to carry beyond meatballs
The young lady was rude asking the customer behind me to step up and order in conflict with social distancing. When told he needs to wait until I moved to the next station she motioned him forward to stand within a few inches from me. Food great, as usual and the young man preparing my sandwich was great.
