Can't understand why it's so hard to get one drink correct!!! Another drink for my friend!!!! While I get nothing. ?
I went to here todayWhen i order coffee on mobile app, it was available to store in pick up and drive thru ,But when I get there , not available store in pick up , only available is drive thruIt’s crazy , they need to change some options like not available store in pick up today !!!The workers so rude and rude and bad attitudeWorkers asked me what’s my name few timesCuz I am Asian and no good English
The drive thru line was out to the street and this is nothing new every time I go to this location it's the same situation.
Super nice people here, love coming in to this location. I told them what sounded good, and they recommended what is now my favorite drink (Vanilla Sweet Creme Cold Brew)!!
I walked into this store this morning at 9am and it is the 1st Starbucks that the cashier doesn't acknowledge the customer. I was the only customer in line while another customer picked up their mobile order. I waited patiently for a few minutes as I saw that the cashier was busy with something on the register and the staff members were busy preparing orders. A staff member behind the cashier starts talking to her, they both look at me, and they go back to doing their thing without acknowledge my presence or saying something around the lines of "Thank you for waiting. We will be with you shortly".
Customer service is good, but the iced mocha latte not soo good, as well as the vanilla sweet cream cold brew.
I enjoy my green iced tea with flavor notes of citrus.The iced black coffee is none better.I have tried other iced coffees from other coffee houses & their iced coffee taste like I am drinking iced water with flavoring.So my coffee has to come from any Starbucks,iced or otherwise.Starbucks is quality #1, employees are super friendly.Thank you Starbucks for being my #1.
I came here to the drive thru and the process was fast and easy. I got my coffee and sandwich and I was ready to start my day!!
I love the coffee they serve here, but it does have fair wait time because it is next to a freeway entrance.
Come on GOOGLE...lemme give em no stars since this place didn't seem to have ANYTHING to give customers.Sad to see a Starbucks so low on stock and unable to provide for customers.Happy to say all isn't lost since they're on the side of a freeway and only ones here.Waited 20 minutes in line for this?
