Everything was great haven't been in a Sizzler in years, but was not disappointed, really enjoyed our meals, we probably ordered more than we should've by adding the salad bar to our meals and the bar no longer having chicken wings (but nuggets instead) other than that food was delicious, and our waitress was Great !!!! Kept our drinks full. ??
Crowds are starting to show up again so prepare to wait up to 40 minutes to get a table. Salad bar selection is ok and I had to send my steaks back each time because it always gets overcooked. Friendly staff but they are noticeably short staffed so get all your requests in on one trip. They are not cheap. Not the best all-you-can-eat but better than most.
It’s good to see it open for indoor dining. They were very busy but all the workers had smiles on there face. It made for a good atmosphere while we had lunch. The food was good but could have been a little hotter. Overall it was a good meal
Service and food was very good. Salad bar was nice and clean and very well laid out. Soup was awesome!
Love the salad bar. Many ingredients to choose from. I arrive early, right before lunch or dinner hours, so everything is tidy. Service is unremarkable but my expectations for that isn't too high these days.
When you order they are asking for tip? I don't know what type of service I'm going to have. Why ask. If waiter is doing it job. A tip starts at $10. Goes down when I need something or need to keep looking for my waiter. If I have to ask another waiter for something I need... well. I order steak n Italian herb chicken w baked potato. It was all Luke warm yes even baked potato. I don't think I will be going to another Sizzler, definitely not this one. I left $1 dollar tip.
We live in the area and, although we don't eat steak, we are regulars here because of its high quality salad bar. The greens and veggie selections are always very fresh, and we appreciate nice additions like beets, cranberries, garbanzos, and even olive oil and lemon wedges if one wishes to make the most healthful salad dressing. Of course, then one doesn't have to feel guilty indulging in the all-you-can eat (and addictive) cheese bread.
Went to Sizzles in West Covina, for the first time in years. It was really nice to be there again. Food was good all you can eat salad bar was like I remembered. Good selection. ?
Went to this Sizzler today and didn't realize the black particles in our food and on the table and chairs were everywhere until we bought it to the waiters attention where she said it came from the air vents and flew everywhere. She had someone wipe it down while she went to get the manager who responded as if it was no big deal. The person wiping down the table was more apologetic and compassionate than the manager who was unprofessional and refused to give me the number to corporate. I have an autoimmune disease and I knew I had ingested the particles because I started coughing and choking. On the way out, the table behind us was complaining about the same thing. They were aware of the problem but continued to seat people where the issue was occuring. We will never eat here again.
The all u can eat shrimp with a 6 Oz steak was very delicious/tasty. The cashier was not friendly/smiling/welcoming. My waitress, Karla, was so attentive, smiling and friendly. I appreciated that so much since the cashier had no personality/friendliness.
