Cashier /server was attentive.They went out and say I am just waiting for fettuccine, and they made sure to let you know they are aware you are waiting. Then they thanked you for your patience. May be simple words but that is customer service in a higher level.You are never ignored and to top it all, the food is sooooo delish, fresh.Good job Round Table, having the right employees at fore front makes the difference.An organization is as only as good as their worst employee, the employees who served us today were fantastic, they both (female employees)represents the company in an excellent way.
I had an issue that I wanted to bring to the managers attention. I asked to speak to the manager and a woman walked to the back and came back and said “You can speak to me” I indicated I would like to speak to the manager. Then, with an attitude she said” well he is not here you can speak to me” That made me a bit upset as a customer. I said what’s his name and at first she was evasive. I asked again what the mangers name was and she said “his name is Tito” I did not appreciate her tone. I asked her name she said”Veronica” I said okay and sat down. I did not feel comfortable with the conversation, so I was on my way back to the front and a girl that was not present during my exchange with Veronica asked me “ is everything I Kay” I said “why are you asking me that” She said “I just want to know” that lead me to believe I was being spoken about in the back which I did not appreciate. She walked away. I then went back to the counter to confirm who the manager was and the girl just kept saying he is not here totally ignoring my question. She walked to the back and then Veronica came back out and I asked her why did the girl not confirm who the manager was? She said” I don’t know” That just made me feel like the manager was in the back and avoiding a conversation. I left my number for the manager. Let’s see if I actual speak with him. I am in the service industry, so this was not a good experience for me.
It's a great place to celebrate birthday and lunar new year with friends.

Cool games here pizza was not good it was over cooked almost all burnt wing tasted nasty had a funky smell would never go bad
The customer service rep was very sweet, nice and helpful with my order through the phone call. However, the pizza delivery was about 1 hour late so that was disappointing.
EVERYTHING WAS COOL! EVERYONE WAS COMFORTABLE. WONDERFUL SERVICE...GREAT FLAVOR, ON POINT!
