Despite all of the bad reviews, had a good experience! The chicken was a bit dry and lacked some flavor but was okay overall. They’re sauce is great!
I waited for 40 minutes for 1 regular chicken sandwich! NOT COMING HERE AGAIN! It’s ridiculous that they make one thing and took that long. And they gave me a hot chicken instead of regular.
The store associate is cute and friendly. And really kind to introduce the product they have. But, 4 tenders cost me $18. The flavor is nothing special to me. I’ll not come back for sure.
I saw ? it on channel 7. I decided to pay them a visit since it was located down the street, Across from Nogales HS. I ordered. #1 Chicken ? Sandwich was excellent. Would recommend it.
The chicken was pretty good! Fries came out fresh and hot. Had to wait one hour for the fryer to start working so had to come back. Otherwise very filling food
Dry overcooked chicken with no flavor. Not even spicy. Fries are frozen and they taste it. Found like 5 half inch hairs all around it. Save your time and go to hot chickz.
Would have been two stars but found hair throughout our food.My husband saw them featured on the news this morning so we decided to give them a try. Ordered both medium and mild and neither had any spice. Honestly could tell the difference between the two. The fries tasted frozen and the chicken was dry, tough and over cooked. Sauce was bland.If you're in La Puente and you want hot chicken go to Hot Chickz. Way better!
AMAZING! I had the Texas toast grilled cheese chicken sandwich with fries and a coke and my husband had Ritchies Special.BIG portions, you can definitely share!Texas toast was buttery and the coleslaw and pickles were just right! The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
First time visiting this location after seeing them on instagram , I came in and ordered an atomic reaper and was told they couldn’t make it , I asked why and their response was that they had too much work at the time . I could’ve waited there for my order but instead I left and went to hot chickz.
