New owners extra clean very good service. Masks are presents on everyone until you are ready to eat.very good selection on food better service than the other owners.and much cleaner.dont want to spend too much money this is the place. Very good if you have children especially if they enjoy pancakes. Coffee is really good. Go in and enjoy can't go wrong

Penny's is by far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The food was delivered in a timely manner, super hot and very tasty. I recommend this place for lunch or breakfast 100%
Ordered an egg salad sandwich, no tomatoes, w/fries, under $9. Yum?! I’m so glad they put the lettuce and pickles on the side. AND perfect amount of seasoned fries! I’ll definitely be going back.

After a few hits and misses, I decided to give Penny’s another try. Although the omelet has some brown on it ( eggs should never be brown) the country potatoes are awesome. Worth the stop for the potatoes. Great service and reasonably priced.
