Highly disappointed with this Norms restaurant. Place was pretty busy on this Saturday morning but no excuse not to have enough staff, or limit the amount of people who are seated, to take care of customers properly. My home fries were burnt to a crispy char not sure how or why it left the kitchen. My biscuits where hard as a rock and gravy was semi-cold. Not to mention the wait time to place our order and to receive our food. I complained to the host whom seemed to be in charge of the restaurant to exange my food and his reply was that he would ask but he wasn't sure if they would be able to do it. I'm sure he was joking but at that moment it was not funny. My wife's hash browns were cold. They gave 1 jelly for 2 large slices of large bread. We waited and waited for our bill and decided to walk out to the front register. They asked us what table we were sitting at, and had to show then in the camera by the register. Poor customer service. Mediocre food.

The wait was about 10 minutes at 2pm. My fiancee only wanted split pea soup, which was soup of the day,. I was more hungry so I ordered the 12 piece shrimp dinner with baked potato baby carrots came with soup which my fiancee ate while I ate salad with blue cheese. I ate 4 shrimp, 1/2 baked potato, 1/4carrots & salad. It also came with my choice of desserts which was chocolate sundae. We took what was left home and shared it with our own salad for dinner! The waitress was excellent so I left a very good tip. Also my fiancee ordered a pepsi. Dinner and drink plus tax was around $20. The shrimp were all of good size, soup was full size bowl, good size potato, lots of carrots, 1scoop ice cream sundae, free refill drink.

Horrible experience got the wrong food I asked for pork chop, eggs, fries got completely something else and sirloin, eggs, some random potatoes when I asked for hashbrowns. I got a small amount of scramble eggs that a small child can eat. Spent like 32 bucks for this no way .

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning. Our server, Hayley I believe, was great. Food was outstanding and they entire staff was great. Also, they are back to full dining and vaccinated guest don't have to wear a mask.

Breakfast was great! We got exactly what we ordered. Coffee was hot and good. Service was superb. All employees wore a mask. You sit away from others with plexy glass in between booths. Plenty coffee refills I'm ready to go about my day! They wipe everything, clean the plexy glass, have hand sanitizer everywhere, forks knives in a paper sleeve, this was a nice full service experience, I felt safe and well attended to. Will be back.

We had worked a little late to catch up on some paperwork. My Aunt and I were a little hungry but didn't want nothing heavy, so saw a Norms Jr. We we inside looked at the menu. They had to these small dinners for $5.55. I got meatloaf w/veggies and mashed potatoes. My Aunt got some chicken tenders w/veggies and rice. Every thing was very good!! For $5.55 it's worth it!!!

Took my wife out for breakfast. We both had steak and eggs. Best breakfast we had in a long time. The steak was nice and juicy. Everything about the meal was perfect. My compliments to the chief.

Had not been at this Norms in awhile and they have gone to this pay at the counter concept before you sit down and it was terrible.I come to these type of restaurants for sit down customer service and my experience was bad.It cheapens the Norms brand.I ordered the Lumberjack and my breakfast came cold. It came fairly quick so I was surprised to taste my food was cold. It felt like it was all pre-cooked maybe just sitting up on the grill or something? Please go back to the warm inviting customer service model.I get it all businesses try to cut costs and increase margins, this cannot be the way. This Norns use to have a line out the door wait and it was easy to see why that has changed. It’s crazy because I never do reviews. I felt this had to be said.Good luck Norms, I probably will not be back! Thanks for listening,Concerned Customer

No thanks. This location needs to come up with another game plan.So when dining in, you grab a menu and stand around until you choose what you want to order. Then you place your order with the person at the register, you pay and get a number and find a spot to sit. Your food is delivered, and its later gater, you're on your own. You get one time to ask for something when your food is brought to the table, but that's it.I understand, they're trying to be as careful as possible during this pandemic. But just exactly how are you going to achieve this by isolating the customers from the servers? I feel bad for the servers, you know they must be feeling a hit in their tips because of this. If I wanted to get "fast food" service, I would have done so at some drive through. Norm's ain't the Ritz I know, but come on management, this isn't accomplishing much. If you're trying to limit the chance of spreading covid, lose the ketchup, and mustard bottles, lose the salt and pepper shakers and hand out these items in little packs. Why waste money on putting the beverages in plastic to go cups? You're not giving refills, so why not just use the regular cups, and if you do decide on giving refills, do so by using a fresh glass each time. Are the servers using gloves when they serve the ice in the cups? Because I could have sworn the cashier that was handling the till, was the same person serving the drinks, I could be wrong. So I understand what you're trying to do, I just think it's not working.

Would have been better off going to a hamburger stand. 1st of all, we had to pay for our food before we sat down, including the tip. Dumb. The incentive of a tip motivates good service. The food was not so good. Lucky we found a table to sit out. Did I mention after you pay, you have to go look for your own table to sit at. Dumb. Last time I go to this place.
