Horrible service. I called in an order and who ever answered the phone said they didn’t speak Spanish and hangs up on me. I called back and ordered in English. I was told the order will be ready in 15 minutes. I went to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. The cashier who I know is the one that answered the phone went to get him and she came back with “he wants to know what it is about?” I said tell him it’s about a complaint. Finally this sweaty guy comes and ask what is this about. Not hello I’m the manager what seems to be the problem? I told him what had happened all he said was that he was sorry and walked away. I don’t know what was worse, the fact that I got hung up on or the manager not realizing he lost a customer. After waiting 40 minutes for my order. I requested a refund.
The chicken was good but definitely you have to order ahead. It was a Sunday when we went maybe that is why we had to wait 20 minutes for our order. We order a combo that said came with a drink but when we asked for our drink, we were told we had to pay a dollar more.
About a couple months ago , my dad had brought home an order from this place, and my food had a long piece of Hair on it. It was the Green Spaghetti with Medium-rare steak. When I picked up the steak, there was a long piece of hair on the spaghetti. I was so disgusted I just immediately threw it out and didn't take photos. I still refuse to eat from this place ever again.
I've always seen this place and never went in. Well today I went in and let me tell you this place was GREAT. The chicken was very good and the green noodles we got with it were excellent. I will definitely be coming back here.
Great food long wait but by no fault of the restaurant. They ate in demand for a real reason. Everything is great.
So good I definitely recommend this is amazing. The fries with the gravy from the mash potatoes are sooooo good
Mr Pollo used to be the place to go for Pollo a la brasa. The new ownership has greatly reduced the size of the chicken and greatly increased the price. Seems like when you are starting to find and enjoy the flavor, the pleasure ends cause there is more to eat.After many years...My family and I are no longer customers..
Amazing foodstuffs coming out of this nondescript storefront restaurant! Peruvian food that is so reminiscent of being in Lima! Lomo Saltado and Tallarin Verde Con Bisteca are my favorites!!! FRESH and healthy portions! LOVE IT!!!
The chicken at this place is fire!!! The maracuya is delicious!!! Go get some good chicken.
