I come here every Monday & Wednesday to get my delicious Ice Coffee with the mobile app deal before going to my classes. I experienced a few “rude” cashiers in the drive thru, but I don’t let it bother me since I’ve worked in fast food restaurants and already know the stress & rude customers. Really good restaurant, just be nice to the cashiers and everything will be good :)
Bad customer service!!!!Not professional at all!!They give me wrong order every time.I order coke they give me water for the price of a soda?? Really? Stupid!!Then I order coffee they charged for morethan $11 ??!!!What kind of business is this?????Need to close down the business right away!!Be very cautious of this McDonald!!!!!Your money will be robbed by this company!!Very very disappointed.Popular and famous company could do such a wicked things to an innocent customer!!!
I think as time goes by food preparations change. The sandwich and fries just don't taste the same as before. We miss the good old days.
They're understaffed. Don't do curbside pickup, they'll just leave it on the counter so it gets cold while you wait in the car. Just go through drive through.
Horrible customer service. They honestly lack people skills. The outside parking lot is dirty and full of trash. No pride or self respect in this restaurant. So sad to see. I always liked McDonald's, no more.

The location accepts app orders, drive thru, in person, and using their little self checkout machines. Service was fast and food was piping hot.The workers seemed friendly even though I had little interaction with them.
I hate the fact that the ice-cream machines are always down. Especially when you know thats a lie!
