Just left McDonald's. All the food was cold. They didn't give us our daughters happy meal. The cheese burgers tasted old as well. I don't recommend coming here at all. Then I'm trying to call to see what's going to happen about my daughter's food and they aren't answering the phone. They didn't give us a receipt either. Horrible service. I don't even want to give them the one star.
Possibly the worst mcdonalds ever. I worked here and was poisoned (my drink had chlorine/bleach solution in it), ignored after having a seizure ( i have brain cancer), refused workers comp service, and wasnt even given injury forms until I got an attorney. I was also wrongfully terminated in december for reporting a manager for something I wont talk about on here. After investigation i was reinstated due to wrongful termination.PLEASE if you have a young child, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. There are some awful people here, and the service is just as bad.
I ordered 2 for $5 sausage McMuffins within 24 hours both my mom and I had diarrhea mine lasted 3 days. I even had to miss work. I will never go there again. If I could give a minus star they would get -100. The only good thing that came out of this bad experience is that I lost 5 pounds!!!
Very bad service with this McDonald’s especially with this very particular employee she always does this never gets orders right and I always have return to get my rest of the food cuz she always forgets. I don’t say fired this employee but have her in the back cooking or cleaning it’s Annoying when you have go back when your home and go back to get the rest of your order with 2 little ones that just came out from school. Why do they have to wait ??
My mobile order turns out to be a disaster. They sent confirmation number, and ask me to bring the phone to pick up but I can't find that number no more when I arrive the restaurant, spent more than 1/2 hour, still going no where,
A very poorly managed restaurant. I ordered a large coffee and large iced tea via mobile. Saw several cars parked in curbside slots so I decided to go inside for quicker pickup. There were two others still waiting to get their foods. Two more new customers came in and ordered their foods at counter. The first two customers waiting got their foods. I then inquired with one worker about my mobile order and he started searching around. Seemed like he couldn't find mine so he processed some other orders. The two counter orders got their foods and left. I called for manager and Samantha came to explain the situation. While discussing the issue, my two drinks came. Something is really wrong with this place.
Why they don't have both lanes open in the morning beats me. It's busy as heck.Also they close the dining room and use COVID19 as an excuse.The service isn't the best, and I wouldn't even begin to say they go above and beyond. There are some workers here that work harder than others and it's pretty obvious.You'll be rolling the dice on service at this place.Update 02/22: I had to downgrade to 1 star because rhey made the experience worse by having the doors locked during business hours.

They got my order wrong on multiple occasions. Among other things, I don't think I want to go back to that McDonald's.
I come to this location because of kind service, polite workers and wonderful manager. However, tonight I saw a worker named David take a used cup with a straw back through the window. I told him it wasn't sanitary to take used cups etc because of Covid19 and other diseases.I just kindly asked him to never do it again. He didn't seem to understand public health and the importance of not touching dirty cups and than touching the kitchens appliances, other people's food. Please train your employees to make informed decisions. I am a consumer that cares. Yes, it was a used cup. I can clearly hear the conversation from my car. Thank you.
