Good but I ask for a fried fish instead got served fish filets
Walked in there and the guy in front asked us do you want to eat here" as we were waiting to be seated. We didn't know if he was serious because it was such a weird question but of course that's what we were there to do was to eat. And then he asked us again! so no we would not give our business to someone like that. And walked out and left. VERY STRANGE. THE WEIRDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.
The tacos dorados El Guero are great!! That chipotle sauce makes them much better

A go to place for fish tacos when in West Covina. Ordered three fish tacos. Large portions of golden fried tilapia covered with green cabbage and cream sauce in two corn tortillas. Add some lime. Very good. ?Tacos come with a fried chili too. Tastes great but, hot!!

Came with med expectations, because just like sushi, only fresh seafood can be had on the west side of LA or a very busy spot. Anyway, it was great for me. Oysters were fresh enough, which is the test for me when it comes to Mariscos. Pretty basic with limes and crackers, but on point for what I wanted and expected. Cocktail was a bit sweet, but bearable and tapatio fixes all. Service was on point. Very friendly and quick. Ordered the first cocktail without onions. Hate to send something back, but no issues and an apology. Should not be a highlight, but these days it is. Especially when they don’t give any lip and just say sorry, I’ll fix it. Ordered a little extra to go and look forward to the next trip. Great experience overall for me and look forward to the next visit and hope to try a few more items.
Honestly i was not expecting this experience I ordered aguachiles and omg they are soo disgusting no flavor whatso ever and the shrimp was cold it had frozen flakes im guessing they didnt let it out for awhile … and they didnt cut it in the middle in a form of a butterfly as they say… horchata was also not good i saw these reviews before arrival . And these reviews really had my hopes up for nothing ..
