I was a little disappointed in this restaurant. We have been to other Marie's and the food was good. Yesterday when we went to this specific one I didn't like it at all. The service was very good, the server was very nice, but the food was not.I choose the mini ck pot pie and it didn't have chicken, it was pure vegetables with cream, more like cream veggies and flour. On top of the pie it looked like the put a cookie, it wasn't the crust of a ? pieMy honey ordered the shepherds pie, and only 1 piece of meat came out in his dinner. The ice tea was not good either. My coffee was cold and on top of that the creamers were bad. The salad was sad, The only thing that I ate was the ?, it was a good piece of pie.
Ordered a few pies online a day before for an event. When we went to pick up the pies I was told they had sold out of one of the pies. I was told it was on fist come first serve bases. Reason for ordering online for the next is to ensure the pies would be available for the event. In other word reserved. Disappointed with the way this was handled. I would NOT recommend ordering online or ahead of time. It is not guaranteed that your pies will be available. Why have the option of ordering ahead if your employees are stating pies are on a first come first serve bases. Not good business.
Service was great, but the quality of the food was poor. The mozzarella sticks were room temperature and rubbery. I got a burger, and the lettuce was limp and somehow tough. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be at El Torito or Islands instead.
Bottomless mimosas brunch. They no longer have the Bananas Foster so I deducted 1 star. The fact that you can serve yourself again is Amazing...and the food is good ... friendly servers and nice prices! Covid restrictions are GONE!
We went to try out the Sunday Champagne Brunch and found it to be quite good. The last time we went they were short handed and our server didn't come back to check on us. This time the service was great and Berenice R kept checking on us and made sure our drinks were full and our used plates were removed. Their was a good selection of salads, hot foods and desserts. Service was so good this time that we will be back more often.
I took my mom here for her birthday, we loved the food, especially the Marie's potpie it was delicious! Although the food was great, the service was terrible. The only checked on us once I had to call them a few times. Tbh I think it was a discrimination thing, we were definitely being ignored on purpose. Not only that, they brought us our pies In a to go box with the receipt and didn't even ask if we wanted it to go or for here it was extremely rude! Probably won't be going back to that location.
Pie for breakfast, yum! Service was pleasant. Only negative was having to ask about 3 times to get a coffee refill. Food was very good. Freshly cooked.
My family and I were dinning in for an early dinner, we were able to be seated in the bar area. The service was good and attentive, we didn't wait on drink refills. We ordered the chicken pot pie combo, which is a smaller portion and is served with a side salad and a slice of pie. The combo is just right if you are not too hungry, and want a good meal. We also ordered the meatloaf sandwich with a side of fries. Overall, the sandwich was tasty although a bit dry, but you can order extra gravy on the side to help with that. And lastly, a double cheese burger with a side of fries, is always a good choice. We enjoyed the food and the attentive service.
The hostess was super cool! Walked in craving a Thanksgiving meal since I had been fishing out of the country during the holiday. Meal was really good but the service took all the fun out of it. Fake, patronizing, and clearly wanting to be elsewhere, my server tried to suck the joy out of my meal, FAIL, enjoyed the hell out of it and tipped appropriately. Needless to say I won’t be back here….
Take out Thanksgiving dinner. Only took 15 minutes to pick up. Very good meal, plenty of gravy and stuffing which I liked. Green beans not so much, but overall worth the price.
