Great food. Small sides tho.Update 7/4/21Came to eat with Family for 4th of July. 2:30pm. No wait for family size of 9. Was great. We got the family meal and ordered something extra for my son with autism. 6 adults and 2 children. Server Bronson was the best ?. We also added extra corn on the cob. The corn had Mexican cheese. The corn was good if you are ok with the cheese type "cotija".
I was there for an informational meeting by the Neptune Society at 2pm. It was slow (past the lunch rush and before the dinner rush). Service was very good, friendly, not pushy and the food (pulled pork sandwich w/fries) was good. Their Original bbq sauce had a slight bite to it but was very good. I rarely ever give 5 Stars and if I come back here more I might give them 5 Stars. The place was clean, neat and the staff friendly and professional. A few of the staff were wearing masks and the others were not. They have a patio that is enclosed and you can take your dog to the patio (dog friendly). Our server was named Jose and was really friendly and nice. ;)
Attempted to have dinner as we walked in there were 7 employees at the counter, when we walked in and said party of 10 a guy with glasses made an annoyed face. 10:18pm yes they do close 11. The guy said we won’t be able to sit you together as all of our large tables are taken, I asked what about if we split he said no we wouldn’t be able to accommodate that either. So we were about to leave when we saw that there were several tables empty…. At this point we didn’t want to dine in where we weren’t welcomed but I had to tell the manager. She came out quickly and apologized saying that she would be able to sit us. Unfortunately at that point after receiving that treatment we didn’t but definitely needed to let management know how their employees were making annoyed bothered faces while at work.

January 2022 - Ordered online for pickup around 430pm. At first the online system wasn't letting me order (I think it was overrun with orders) and no one answered when I tried calling. When we showed up, it looked like they were super busy so understandable.Food/Pricing - Full rack of Baby Back Ribs ($35.99) and Full rack of St. Louis Ribs ($33.99). Includes two sides (we got Garlic Mashed Potatoes and BBQ Beans) and 1 pc of biscuit per ribs order. Also supposed to have choice of sauce. Good quality meat and the sides were yummy per usual! Getting a bit expensive now though but I suppose what isn't nowadays.Service/Ambiance - No sauces or butter for biscuits included in takeout order. Understandably easy to miss as it seemed crazy busy but still sad. Also disappointed that only comes with one piece of biscuit but not the fault of the staff.Will I be back? We only really visit if family or friends give us a gift card to here for the holidays so maybe if that happens again then yes!
The three meat combination plate was good. Everything tasted great and the service was good.
Service was great , and love the foods. Was waiting for a while for sitting, but I walk around the mall while waiting. ?
They don't have enough people working so if you're lucky enough to get a table after almost 2 hours the service sucks and if you order on line the food is not ready when they said.... and after all that the food was not hot....?
