This place never disappoints, thank you Lady's so much for an amazing food and service! Would definitely return!
I gave two stars for the decor and relax seating but small, the service was not worth to go back. I ordered blue Mojlto Tea (bad choice), ice slush and fired fish. The blue tea taste like icy drink melted from 7eleven with couple of slices lemon that cost $6.50, the slush missing boba, they just added it on top make it even worse. The service was not worth to pay tip before I was even served and charged FEE for credit card ordered online (inside the store). The air conditioning was cold enough to make you leave (July). Overall…not recommended unless you need a place for friend gathering not care the quality of drink.
Overall nice place to have some tea and snacks. If you're going with friends they have lots of table games. Cards, Uno, etc. Definitely try their cotton candy machine it's a bit pricey but definitely worth it.
Food and drinks were great. The service was sincere, and welcoming.Workers inside stayed to complete a very large order, even after closing.Would love to come again. Thank you very much.
I really enjoyed the environment of Jin Tea House. It was very cute with a lot of photo opportunities. I enjoyed the seating options with many couches and cute outdoor type seats. There is also an outdoor seating option. There is minimal employee interaction with the ordering system being through a QR code and the paying at the front of the store. My friend and I ordered a Hot Ceylon Black Tea Pot with two tea cups and a Platter of 5 Snacks of Your Choice. We ordered Popcorn chicken, Waffle Fries, Calamari, Chicken Satay, and Macaroni and Cheese Wedges. The food and drink was good. The presentation was adorable with the tea coming in a decorated tea pot and the platter coming in a Ferris wheel. It was a bit expensive but so worth it for the experience. I will definitely come back with some friends. I want to try the desserts and cold drinks.
Staff is very polite! And if something isn't cooked right they'll fix it right away if you ask! Love dinning in and getting stuff to do.
I got a Jasmine milk tea with boba. It wasn’t sweet at all and the boba was very chewy and wasn’t cooked fully.? the only good thing was it was fast.
We visited here on a Friday evening. There was ample seating and kitschy decor. They have a few board games in the back. We had two different types of drinks, the Strawberry Lychee was very sweet.The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We were visiting the area on the Christmas Day, and ordered rose grapefruit green tea and passionfruit peach fruit tea. I'm a big tea lover, and these were the best fruit tea I've had for a long while! They were very flavorful and used fresh ingredients - the rose grapefuit green tea had an entire rose flower in it, not just some rose petals, and the passionfruit peach fruit tea had many slices of peach as well as passionfruit (not just syrup). I wish I could visit more often! Service was very friendly as well. Highly recommend this place!
