Thr sandwich was good but I should have gotten the tiny size bc the half size i ordered is a heart attack waiting to happen. I dont like that they have tables and dining chained down unusable for paying customers to enjoy their meal. A bit overpriced. Average service
Staff is horribly slow compared to other locations. Phone orders or not it shouldn't take 30 min for a sandwich.
I gave this store a one star rating not for the food but for the inhumane way I was treated at this location. Just got out of cancer surgery a few weeks ago, and I ordered my sandwich online like I always have done. When I got there I totally forgot my face mask. As I walked in I told them sorry I forgot my mask I have had cancer surgery recently and just totally forgot as I was still in pain. I also told them I have been vaccinated including the booster, and again appoligized . I understand they are right about people coming into their store and not wearing a face mask. I have been there many times with my face mask and have been a really good customer at that location. I appoligized again for the third time, and said just give me my sandwich as it was in the bag ready and paid for, and I will be on my way and told them please, I understand your rules but I am in the store already and the sandwich is made ready for pickup in the brown bag and they refused to give the sandwich, and yelled at me again in front of all the customers who also were in my defense! They did not even offer to go to my car and hand me over the sandwich either told me to get out. I was in total shock!!!! I was lucky that one customer that was standing in line at the store gave me a free mask so I would not have to drive back to West Covina where I live to get my facemask and have to make a return trip. This whole incident made no sense not to at least give me my sandwich as it was ready bagged and paid for waiting for pickup on their counter a foot away as I was already in the store anyway !! They Refused to give me my sandwich Just being pure mean with no heart or sympathy and totally humilated me. All they had to do was give me sandwich and in a nice way tell me please remember next time to bring your mask. I would of been good with that and thanked them, but Instead they humilated me over this incident .. Like I said the food is excellent, it is their total behavor of the crew there that put me into shock on how they behaved. The manager of that location needs to have a serious talk with their employess and teach them how be polite and help customers, not humilate them. I am 71 years old and they had no empathy or sympathy of my condition. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I thank all the patrons that were standing there in my defence on how aweful Jersey Mike's employees treated me at the time. Thank you and Hoping this should not happen to anyone else in my same position!!
Grab some sandwiches. Nothing stands out in taste but the price is on the higher side. Not all items are placed on the work area when being prepared. Ever wonder where your order ticket is placed on a call in. Why not just lay it on the sandwich. No dine in at this time. Parking is pretty tight with several businesses in this center.

Today, 11/19 as usual I ordered portabello mushroom with cheese giant size online. to my surprise when I got home it looks like they skimped on the portobello mushroom and the bread was chewy. I have always ordered online for pick at this location. For paying $17.040 for the giant size. Completely disappointed. Other Jesey Mike locations I have been to are not like that. They do load the sandwich enough.
Fast, fresh and easy. I recommend the original Italian (Mike's way). It's very busy so if you want it faster- order online
This location have very good sandwiches. I ordered the turkey meat on white bread with lettuce, pickles, mustard and mayonnaise. Very tasty!!!If you are in the neighborhood checked this place out. Friendly staff and clean inside.
