Today I arrived at jamba after a workout just trying to get a simple smoothie and the door was locked , there was a note left in the door that said “on break be back soon” I waited thinking it would be 15 maybe 30 minutes and it’s been over an hour now and no one has arrived. Also called multiple times and no answer, please don’t come and waste your time or money here. They clearly have lazy workers who lock up the establishment and leave for long periods of time not caring about the customers at all. I saw about 7 people come up to the establishment during my wait and it’s only been open 4 hours.

I get there approximately 8:15 PM and the two little girls working inside were claiming they were on break. Something didn’t sit well with me for I saw them mopping up the floors while we all waited outside. When 8:30 PM on 06/11/2021 came they have closed. I’m sure Jamba Juice wants business. Review work hours at this location and discipline these workers.
We arrived here at 8:15 PM and only 2 girls were working. They made us wait outside because they were mopping the floors - claiming they were on break. Tell me why they close business at 8:30 PM while we waited in the car!! I didn't know white girls were lazy in wrapping up the last customers.
Employees very good service was good but management fix the air conditioning, those poor girls are cooking in there and I could barely breathe with the mask on
Went in at 1030..the girl says they were closed and she's going on break..store hours show something different. Open at 7am. Pretty bad
Takes forever to get inside and order just BS. Its either they are on break or they are taking forever to make drinks. Juice it up it is for now on
Had a good experience with server, shoutout to Antoinette at this location. She was the only worker at the time and gave a pleasant greeting upon entering.Used a mailer coupon and she wasn’t able to process due to system being down. She got creative and was able to provide same discount to order. Also got Jamba app rewards with the order.I frequent this location and it can get slammed in rush times. Was in an out in less than 7 minutes for morning smoothie run.
Delicious. 2 customer limit inside so they were busier than it should have been. Had to wait an extra 8 minutes after my online order should have been ready but not really their faults. Friendly service and again the orange c smoothie was so good. Would recommend.
Carrot juicer ALWAYS broken! It's a juice place, if it's on menu you'd think they'd repair it. Seem to always be out of stuff too. Last time both my drinks were basically all milk smoothie.. because they were OUT of most fruits?
