i loved in n out until today. its unfortunate to see that they cant even communicate in Spanish correctly for people who need it, my lil sister tried to order an animal style burger, and for some reason they gave her animal style fries and a burger with nothing but meat and lettuce?? but they got the fries correct?? when she tried telling the man about the order he insisted it was correct, even tho he was very wrong and had charged her for an animal burger anyways. she was very confused and upset with how she was treated. i will not be going here again i was very unhappy with the workers attitude, even tho im sure he tried his absolute hardest
All locating have great employees but this one stands out.The happiest woman took our order. She first warmly greeted us and then quickly have us our total bill.A very nice man handed us our food and sincerely thanked us and wished us a good evening.Good training reflected by all the employees.We were there about 10:30pm on a Tuesday night.
They are Christians. Good food, fresh and good flavor of ingredients. Isn't the Maxime but is economic and very fresh
In-N-Out Burger is always a great idea, this time is no different, although beware if you are looking to drive thru fast then think again. I always know the quality I am going to get unlike other burger chains, in n out is always the same and I can feed 3 people for under 20 bucks. I made sure I had time to queue in the drive thru so that was no worry, the employee took my order at my window and by the time I made it to my pay window, the food was ready. I drive home to enjoy it with my family. Rarely do they make mistakes with your order, maybe because they repeat it back to you 3 times before you get it. Nevertheless, the food was on point as always. Always will recommend this place
Very disappointed with last trip for lunch. The burger Pattie’s were smaller than the Golden Arches. Had I not removed lettuce I would not have known there were two Pattie’s. With the current economy and food prices starting to sky rocket , it’s time to stay home and cook. Can’t afford to pay more for less.It’s a shame the consumer continues to be left holding the bag.Regretfully, long time ( 40 + yrs ) customer
First time visiting just recently. The food was definitely better than your standard fast food chains. They have deeply simplified their menu and perfected it. Fresh, inexpensive and delicious.
The drive-thru line is always long but they work pretty quickly. Service both inside and two drive-thru always friendly and food always delicious
Great service & amazing food quality! The patty was well cooked & buns perfectly toasted. The fries were salted well also. One of the best in n outs I've been to ?
An exceptional fast food burger, but not quite up to the hype surrounding it. The way they toast the buns is really the key to it I think. Plus I rather like the simplicity of their menu, though I could see those seeking greater variety being disappointed.
Was in the area and just needed something to eat. It's been years since I've been to In and Out. Service was friendly and fast. I ordered inside and got my food to go. Ordered an animal style cheeseburger well done with fries. Are it in the road just what I needed, still taste just like I remember. See you soon
