This place will find any reason to not honor senior citizen's discount.• Paying extra for food to go, not eligible.(They weigh the Togo box with the have porcelain plate and over charge you).• Mother's Day or holidays, not eligible.• They don't have AC unit on, at a habachi restaurant during the summer ?When ever me and my old mother eat there the waiters always snarl down at our plates.Even if I haven't got nothing on my plate they still hiss their teeth at us like we are doing something wrong.When the habachi grill section is empty no one refills it. They treat customers like garbage disposal machines.The sushi and fried fish are stale, dried up from God knows when.I don't recommend this place to seniors on holidays, or people that are ordering take out.They only do 5 items really well but if your not there for those expect left overs.
Came here for Sunday lunch and the food was very good. Everything appeared to be fresh. I have always enjoyed their sushi which I feel is a very good selection. Their hot foods had good flavor and I think they are busy enough to turn over the food pretty frequently. I would rate it on the higher-end of standard chinese buffets for the freshness and selection.
This is a buffet in Hong Kong Plaza, the traffic is very convenient, the parking lot is not big, because there are many businesses, the parking lot is slightly crowded. The style of this buffet has western tastes as well as oriental tastes, especially Japanese tastes, and there are many delicious sushi. There are many customers at noon, but the front desk clerk is often not at the bar, probably because it is too busy at noon. The price is not expensive at noon, more affordable.
For a buffet: food is very good quality especially the sushi, and a very good deal for the price.Came out here for a friend's retirement party so it's kind of far away from home, but for the price and if there's a group of us will definitely make it worth a trip out here.
Nice selection of food. Seafood selection has shrimp (boiled , breaded fried, shell on tail, whole shrimp), chicken (fried, grilled, baked, sweet & sour) . Fries, pizza, fruits, vegetables. Crab legs and more. Has a sushi bar. Along with a grilling bar with meat and vegetable selection where the chef cooks your selection for you. Remember when cooking for the masses, it can not be seasoned to much. Which some people can not comprehend. The do have spices ans sauces to enhance your dishes or even chili to spice it up a few notches. Service was good. If you want something to go. They charge you by the pound. Parking lot is on the smaller side. So it can be tight. Pricing is reasonable for the selections you have available and the amount you can consume.
Staff is very rude. People didn't wear masks going up to get food, which is disturbing. It's overpriced, not worth over $50. The food was old, dry, and not cold or hot like it should be. I'm now very worried we will all get food poisoning. Also, the staff was out smoking and sitting at a table the whole time instead of working. They looked depressed and lazy. I wish I could give this a negative rating.
Not worth for the price and they have increased so much. Food options are limited, does not look good and are not labelled. I got like a grilled pork and it was still raw on the inside. Their sushi also looks so pale that I'm not really sure if its even sushi grade. The place also looks so dirty especially the food section. The bowls and utensils looks like it was only submerged in a hot water and is ready to be used again, even the table when we were seated, there were crumbs on the seat. I'd like to report this restaurant to proper health authorities for the dirty environment. Hoping I wont get diarrhea or worse, food poisoning. Definitely will never eat here again.
Food was bland and they only have a little selection. Not really worth the price for me especially if you're coming with a large group of people. Not a very hygienic restaurant for me so, the food area actually needs more cleaning. I've actually had better than this, so feel free to skip on this one.
Super great food, service and atmosphere! I was going to a different buffet....but that one has nothing on the Hibachi Grill!!! Sheeeeeshhh hook me up a plate and get to munching! Great tasting food :) I'm Definitely Coming Back!
A really bad experience and will never eat here again. The pork I got from the Mongolian grill was still raw on the inside and is not consumable. Food is overpriced for the taste and quality, most of it was so under seasoned. The prices are also misleading, when you order tea, they will serve it in a teapot but will charge $2 per of glass. Just go to other buffets which are way better.
