Just wanted to share the horrible service my family received from this location today. First interaction was the hostess did not even have a friendly vibe to them. They weren't welcoming. And if you're going to be in this line of work, you should have some kind of friendly feel to you. Then when they were finally sat down, she went off on what they can't accept, and what my family can't do. I understand things change, but there is a levelof professionalism you need to have. From what they told me, the waiter did his best on making their experience satisfying. Then we go into the cleanliness, and to be a well established chain, it should have been better. Dirty windows, wall, and even the tables. They were the first ones there when they opened, so no excuses why it shouldn't have been clean. When they received their bill, not even a smile or thank you. We will never be visiting this location. Don't go.. Take your business elsewhere. They do not want it. And for the cost.. No thank. It should be a 0

Generally nothing wrong with KBBQ.Make sure your whole party, all your guests, are present for seating. Otherwise your group will not be seated until everyone arrives.The music is a bit too loud for dining. While there is a bar in the establishment, I think the music is better for later in the evening or Fridays and Saturdays.Be careful in the restroom. The floors are really slippery and you definitely do not want to fall down in a public restroom.

Bring your non-slip shoes!-Had to place our order twice since the 1st sever forgot.-Was served the wrong meats.-Oil all over the floors.-Delicious food.-Quick grill change.-Quick refills.-Quick to bring out rice.

From the great vibe to the attentive staff. Top notch customer service. Great food selection plus good music. All this made for a good family gathering. Highly recommend this location and I will continue coming here.

Our server Big Rudy was insanely helpful, constantly checking up with us and making sure we had everything we needed, would definitely recommend this server to anyone making their way to Gen KBBQ!

I didn’t like being told I’d have to wait 3 hrs and then waiting almost that much time for a table. We were at first seated by the door, where I was freezing, until we asked to be moved and then, they did. When we started ordering food and drinks, our bodies warmed up and the rest of the evening was very pleasant. Including our server, who eased our minds and worries white giving us great recommendations!

Got here at 8:45pm and was refused service due to the "wait list being closed." I even showed the manager (Andrew) that I had been calling since 7:15, and that nobody bothered to answer their phone. His only reply was to ask if I knew about the Yelp waitlist...there was literally nobody except 5 employees outside. Been coming here a lot lately, but this is the last time for me. Extremely disappointed with this place.
