First time here in West Covina and this is the first restaurant I came to eat at, staff was super friendly, they recommended their favorite ramen and that's what I went with. Super good, portion was generous and their strawberry green tea lemonade was delicious. Definitely will be coming again when I'm town.
Chrystal is an amazing server and person! She went above and beyond even during the lunch rush! The food is delicious! Beer is cold! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had the Roasted Black Garlic and tried their item Katsu Chicken Ramen. Oh my goodness it was delicious! Especially on a rainy day! I ordered their specialty tea drink (Passion Fruit Black tea) it was delicious!
We walked in to order around 7:30 pm, the server seemed like he was drinking and drunk when taking our order. He was very wobbly while taking our order did not take our name down for the order. It was going to be a 15 min wait so we walked around the store around the area and came back to pick up our order and the same server seemed very confused when we got there we told him that he didn't take our name down and was just having a hard time trying to remember that we just went in a few min ago. Didn't even remember us placing the order in person with him. It's just very unprofessional that they have a server working there that is drunk on the job. The food is amazing its very good ramen. I just highly suggest that Santino E shouldn't be drinking while working other than that the food was good just not that particular server

It's alright. Noodles on the soft end. The broth is decent but not surprising. Good store. Just not a five star restaurant.
The Seafood Ramen was really good and the service was great...
