We did not have such a great experience, our server didn't seem like they wanted to be there! Just a blah attitude. My margaritas weren't good and we constantly had to ask for a refill on regular fountain drinks since our cups were literally filled with ice. We definitely didn't get that friendly customer service
Terrible food is bland and awful. Had reservations at 11:00am took forever to get seated. Saw multiple parties get seated before us with no reservations. They were told 30-35 minutes only to complain to management and get seated right away ignoring those who had reservations. Got sick from the ceviche so beware! Not coming back. Better off going next door to Marie Callender's buffet better service and food!
Servers need to act like they enjoy their job and being there to serve people. Our server was not friendly or attentive.
Great service, good food! We were there at lunch time, no wait to be seated. We were greeted quickly by a very friendly server and had received our order quickly. She kept the table cleared, glasses full and was courteous and upbeat. We appreciated her bringing a salsa container to take home with our leftovers. Will definitely return.
This restaurant is not run like you would expect a major chain to be run. The greeting was not great and we were taken through the main room into another room. It was cold and I asked if we could be seated in the other room which was warmer and I was asked what other room? I said the large room over there that we had just passed through, reluctantly she took us there. Both my wife and I ordered the Chili Relleno Especial, fresh Pasilla Chile filled with cheese then frilled and placed on a bed of relleno sauce & black beans. Topped with tomatillo sauce, pico de gallo and cotija cheese. Served with marinated cabbage and sweet corn cake. The corn cake was the best thing on the plate followed by the marinated cabbage. The Pasilla Chile was half filled with cheese and was hard to cut with a knife and was very crunchy to chew the beans were very bland. We have never had this kind of Chile Relleno before. The server was pleasant and the good thing is we had a buy one get one free coupon.

Friendly service and big portions. We enjoyed our meal. I had to use my cell phone flashlight to see the menu. The lights are pretty dim.
A great all around Mexican restaurant. Good value for the money. Great atmosphere with great happy hour specials. Our waiter Pedro was the best!
Lines were a little too long...Our waitress was great very attentive .
