Horrible customer service did not get order right I ask for 2 brc burritos no rice extra beans. They repeated the order perfectly bean n cheese burrito great I get home there were about 3 whole beans all rice no cheese in either one of the burritos and when I said thank you got the order I got a dirty look I will never go there anymore they should get a whole new staff really bad service it totally sucked not worth a penny or my time.. This is one of the worst El Pollo Locos in the area. I went here last night and all they had was chicken. You couldn't order anything else. I came for lunch today and people had been waiting 15 minutes for pick up orders. On multiple occasions, I did not receive utensils in the drive thru, or told that they have ran out of almost everything you can imagine (i.e.- chips, salsa, chicken, Large cups etc, etc.).

I Came In Today And The Cashier Tomas Took Care Of Me, He Deserves A Raise! He Was On Cashier, Prepping Food, And Grilling Chicken. Such A Hardworking Guy

Pollo loco didn't give me a folk for my salad and the drink was over filled up the service was bad they didn't even greet me and thank me just gave me the order and he was busy talk to his co worker and walk away no salsa

First el pollo loco that I have issues with. They took 5 mins to take my order. They had enough staff just were busy doing other things. Their tv screens were out of order so you couldn’t even see their menu. And then to make it worse they give you small portions and water down the salsa.

They got one star for false advertising. Came here around 9:30 2/20/22 to my surprise they were close at 9pm. They need to update website, Google search, and stickers labels around restaurant about time change from 10pm to 9pm.

No chickenless tacos. We need the plantbased option here and in every restaurant. This place needs more help. They seemed stressed.

This place is dirty, I guess they never clean, the employees are lost, and the food is terrible, I know it is kind fast food and I shouldn’t expect a lot but still a minimum quality should be served, never will be back and don’t recommend to anyone.

I had recently used the apps to ordered online on Oct 21,2021 and when I went to the store just noticed that it was closed. So I wait for a few days wait until open again. But til today 11/4/21 still closed. And I had calling the customer service try to get my refund on Oct 21,2021 app order seems to be the guy answer the phone told me twice ok I will email to that location and they should take care the refund. Til today now I still not get my penny of refund back if the store is close please shut your app down for this location don't FOOL the people around use app order and your store door is closed.

used to be okay. when i first came here earlier this year the only forgot to put avocado spread twice on an AVOCADO CHICKEN burrito. every order is 99% of the time incorrect. when i ask for light or no cabbage or pico they never listen ever. most recent one is the side cup. wanted a small paid for a small, got mini. like those white cups they put gravy in.. contacted pollo loco they lied said they’d contact me but it’s been a month. their rice is too hard for me to come back to with bad service. chicken bowl from waba grill is way better.
