Horrible customeoverr service. June 24, 2022 at 2:25 pm. The woman was very argumentative. I ordered 2 for $6 burritos. She had no customer service skills. I was looking for something else to order and rang up the bill before l was done ordering. Rip off artist. She said 9 dollars something, l said how does $6 become over $9. I just left. She was very rude. Don't get ripped off here. Don't eat here.
Very clean given the fact that there are alot of homeless none the less very clean lobby the only big problem i had was after I got home with my order there was a hair in my burrito. I'm sure it was an accident but still need to be a bit more cautious ⚠️
Like everyone else who has a frustrating experience with the kids working here & not caring about customers, to the extra long wait at the drive thru, this place is a joke! It seems to be steady with customers at times but I don't know how! Rude employees, long waiting "drive or walk in! Food cold much of the time! My biggest pet peeves R a 15 dollar order with a 50 dollar bill and they turn U away! No change in the register! It's a 20 & a 10! I m from Florida! We don't turn cash customer's away! U should look into your employees!
No happy placed order is drive thru. My daughter wanted a hamburger. They did not have any Their grill was down. Of course I can't back out cars behind me. Can't go forward cars in front. Had to go somewhere else for her burger Put a sign up before I waste my gas in line

Like an earlier review noted, the customer service is terrible here. There is no acknowledgement from any of the employees when you are waiting. My last 2 visits the cashier acted like my presence was an inconvenience. I frequent this location often because it's close to home and I love their burritos, but enough is enough.
Dear Del Taco management, please instruct your employees that regardless of how busy your store may get, acknowledging customers as they arrive is important. The phrase “Welcome, we will be with you shortly”. Works wonders. Having customers walk in and be ignored will cause them to do as I did today. Walk out after 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I often go to the Pollo Loco on Grand in Covina and they ALWAYS acknowledge their patrons, no matter how busy they are. Just a suggestion.
I've been here before, didn't LEARN my lesson then: this Del Taco is EXTREMELY S-L-O-W.And the drive thru TRAPS you in line!This is thee VERY worst Del Taco I've ever been to.I made the BIG mistake of being HUNGRY when I went there.My car is overheating, I'm STARVING and I've lost my patience with them.

You ever ask yourself which is better. Taco Bell, Pollo Loco or Del Taco. Well they all have their pros and cons. However, hands down Del Taco is the way to go. They use fresh ingredients. They shred their own cheese and do you know that they make their beans fresh. They have a varienty of choices. Burritos tacos, both soft and hard. Quesadillas, tostadas and much more. Did you know that have burgers ?. Its fantastic by the way. For you vegans out there, they have Beyond meat options. Del Taco is alway my first choice.
