The food is great when they have it. They are almost always out of fajitas!! It's a treat when they do have them but would be nice if they planned better, not good business for them. The staff is nice and the managers lovely. I still like coming here. The mobile ordering is easy but not customizable and almost always my order is in correct so I recommend coming in and picking up your order.
This place used to be 5 STARS. They have gone downhill. Instead of cooking stuff "fresh".....they cook a large batch early in the day and pray that it lasts until closing. The last 3 times I went to this location, they were sold out of a lot of items. Popular items like chicken or chips or guacamole. The staff are nice and trying their best while they're short staffed. It's not their fault. It's how this place is run. They run out of items HOURS before they close. This falls on Management/Leadership.
Horrible they messed up my order food looked old and the still had a nerve to have a attitude and not only did they messed up my order they told me to go to the end of the line for something they did wrong and still wanted to charge me!!! I don’t recommend this place unless u want to go and be disappointed!!!!!
This is my first time trying chipotle. I ordered a chicken burrito with several ingredients( black bean, chicken, mild sauce, etc..) it tasted good 8/10 and the line was fast. Not sure if I'd come back again but def recommended this place.
The store manager is really nice person, I accidentally order the food in a wrong chipotle store, but the manager let us reorder the same order for FREE without extra charge, he is very kind, I’m very thankful, strongly recommended!
Got there just after they opened so being clean was a giving since well they just opened. Staff was nice and burrito was a pretty decent size but as usual the pinto beans were not cooked thoroughly. I am very inconsistent in my trips to Chipotle and beans seem to never be cooked thoroughly. $10.10 for a burrito that was not 100% seems a bit much. I can say that I will more than likely keep my inconsistent visits to Chipotle going
You want half a serving go here.Do not come 2 hours before closing they will only have chicken and rice.You can tell they don't care.
Always so very good. You choose the ingredients and enjoy the masterpiece! The queso blanco and chips are a great addition!!
Fast + tasty + cheap. The 3 things I like most about chipotle. Sometimes food taste better than other days. But never go bellow OK.
They ran out of guacamole and it wasn't even 6:30 pm yet, and on top of that their was advertising with one of their drinks, it showed as being sold a bottle drink, but being sold as fountain drink, I was not happy with that. And it look like some of the workers were very new, hanging out in back talking and should be helping at the front counter. Not good.
