I've given this place several chances, but I'll have to give up on it entirely, either the SOPs here are so lax that they ruin everything they make, or it's down an apathetic staff. I've been to plenty of Carl's before that do a great job every time, this place is the opposite, each time I go they seem to try and outdo their last failure.RIP any night shift workers in this area, because all the fast food joints are trash.
I ordered and then used the restroom and I was so disgusted by it , it was horrible and dirty even the walls so gross , I didn’t even want to eat my food after that , they probably have the kitchen as dirty as it . I never imagined a restaurant in West Covina to look like a restroom in a homeless center or jail.
They declined my EBT. It has over 300 $ on it there was one girl working the front and the drive through it took forever
Good food very pricey but the children they have working there. Need Adult supervision I ordered 1 double western and 1 famous star. Once we got home Only got the double western and a spicy chicken and a breakfast burger and hash browns to far to go back never again
Soooo good. Big portions. Read the signs about what food is what, the English is limited. Please do not yell at the staff, they're just trying to do a job , be nice.
we don't live within 50 miles of a Carl's Jr or Hardy's in Texas so when i come to my parents house, i only ever order the Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich, no chile strip, extra Santa Fe sauce - that's the only thing i ever order from Carl's Jr. it used to come on a whole wheat bun, now it's just a plain hamburger bun, not even the kind with sesame seeds on top. the past couple times, the chicken breast has not been fresh. so, it was ok, but doesnt quite hit the spot. on the other hand, my son tried the new honey hot chicken sandwich and said it's delicious!! Just the right amount of sweet and spicey!! the criss cut fries were also very fresh and crispy!!!
I bought 2 western bacon cheeseburgers at this location, ate 1 of them and felt nauseous and eating 1/4 of the burger. I winded up coughing it up 3 minutes later.

Took way too long inside and not busy. 3 people and just to order was 10 minutes wait until ordering and they only had one car in drive thru
I don’t know what happened to this place. It use to be our favorite spot to go to. This is the third time they mess up our order. They completely changed Santa Fe Chicken burger. It’s suppose to come with wheat bread and a red sauce on the chicken. On top of that my husband gets home to find out that they forgot to give him my Santa Fe Chicken burger and our kids’ small fries. (3 orders) My husband went back to complain and said the lady gave him the burger but refused to give him the small fries because she said she remembered putting them in the bag. She wanted my husband to go back home and get the food that our kids were eating already to show her what was in the bag. Unbelievable. They need to hire someone that wants to do their job. I had to put one star because it doesn’t allow me to not put any but I honestly don’t think it deserves any stars.
