Having cravings for french fries & though I’ve never bought anything here before, this place was the most convenient one so I stopped by & got one.. to my disappointment, their fries are so dry, it’s like eating a piece of rubber, tasteless even with salt & ketchup.. it’s the worst fries I have ever tasted..

I visited Carl's Jr. many times as I come by to eat there after school. In fact, I come by often enough that the employees there already recognize me and the same food I always order! They sometimes even ask how my day was and it puts me in a good mood!
They closed our location. We generally have lunch out one day a week. Until safe we don't go to a sit down restaurant so this was disappointing. Oh well I guess we'll go to McDonald's.

This is for the West Covina location, off Azusa and Amar. I went the other day with my son and Jason was our cashier this day. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. Even when my card wouldn't swipe since the magnetic part doesn't work anymore, instead of getting impatient or upset Jason finagled a work around on his register so I could use the chip instead of the swipe. I was thankful for this since I didn't have any cash at the time either. We had only been waiting like 5 min when our food was ready, Jason brought it directly to us. It was hot, fresh and overall we really enjoyed our meal. I normally don't visit Carl's Jr. but after this great experience we will be coming more often.
