Store refused to take in-person orders, though place was empty. Told they were only taking online orders, but was denied order because they can only do so many pizzas per hour.
I wanted to order online from the West Covina location but after I entered my four pizzas the website said online ordering wasn't available at that location. It always has been before so not sure why it wasn't tonight but it would have been nice to know before starting my order. Then when I clicked "change location" I was asked to start my order all over again for the Azusa location instead of simply being able to move my order from one store to another. Then I went to order in person in west covina and only 4 employees were working so it took 47 minutes from the time I walked in the door to when I got my pizzas. It would have been faster for me to order online from the Azusa store, drive there to pick it up and drive back home. I won't order from the West Covina location again until their online ordering is working again.
Normally, fast service. Last night Extremely SLOW service. Normal amount of customers in line over 25 minutes just to order our food. Looked like the staff was unorganized. But the build your own pies were Delicious!
It took 1hr from walking in the door to walking out the door with my pizza and cheesy bread. Skimpy on the toppings and all toppings not available. Employees are very friendly and courteous.
I realize each Blaze Pizza are different. This Blaze Pizza near West Covina Mall has terrific service. I ordered salad, and it was out in the open, wasn't already packaged up. Then I ordered the new Garlic Bread. The guy didn't put enough cheese, so when he pulled the bread out the oven, on the ends of the bread, no cheese, look like toasted bread. Then another guy was moving the pizza around in the oven, he did something wrong and 1 Pizza fell apart when he went to pick it up, Pizza topping was all over the oven, so when my Garlic Bread came out it had a sausage on it, I don't eat meat. I will never order food here again.
Kinda disappointed with this location because they've gotten my order wrong a few times. The last time i ordered from them, they left off two of the ingredients that even showed up on the online order receipt. If you order from them, do it in person so you can check the ingredients yourself.
Masked staff should wear their mask appropriately...over their nose and not below their noses.
Worst pizza experience ever, under cooked dough and horrible customer service.
Very excellent ? pizza but need more employee to help with the customer ratio. The workers are too busy to pay attention to people who do mobile orders
I like Blaze Pizza alot! But today there was very little Fresh mozzarella and not enough spinach, made me sad...
