I wanted to have a nice lunch with my husband and offer to go to Bjs in Covina, we waited to be seated at least 30 min when we got seated the server came out and we ordered just water and when he came back we order our food which I order Italian chi park with spaghetti and my husband a baca on guacamole cheese burger we also had avocado egg rolls to start but after we finish with the rolls my husband got his burguer and my food did not coming for a while and when the server came to ask us how everything is my husband ask him what had happen with my order and he said he was going to check on it and mind you at this time my husband had almost finish his food then he came back to tell us it was going to take a couple of minutes but later he approached us and told us the manager was coming to talk to us but he/she never showed up for at least 10 to 15 minutes so my husband just asked for the bill and we paid it and left, my husband works in the food industry and he was just like upset as me too, this is the worst service we ever had, we will never come back to this place and will not recommended to our family and friends, I will also post it in the media
Good place to eat! BJ’s is usually good. This location definitely does not disappoint.We had a party of four. We got to the restaurant around 6:00 pm on a Saturday. No waiting time, got seated right away.Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was cordial, friendly, and helpful. I ordered my usual, Bacon Burger, and it was delicious!I always use the BJ’s app, because it gives me $10 off whenever I get enough points, and free ice creams sometimes lol.Food was really good, as usual, no complaints there. Good atmosphere!
I'm a regular curbside orderer of about a year now. The past few months they've been making little mistakes here and there. Giving me the wrong ice cream flavor, forgetting toppings on my pizza, but I've been letting it slide until last night 6/02/22.. arrived at 8pm and they handed me this extremely poorly made pizza. I thought I was seeing things, but nope this pic was taken a minute after she handed me the pizza. I called the restaurant for the manager and a new pizza. Waited an hour and the manager (I believe Melissa? Melinda? Tall, fair, blonde lady) came out and handed me a new pizza. I gave her the pizza to show the staff how unacceptable this is and she thanked me and that was it. She brought out an extra scoop for my pizookie for waiting. I should've been offered a refund. Once I got home I realized my pizookie was the wrong flavor. I called again and spoke with the same manager. She then offered me a free pizookie and coupon. I mentioned I didn't want to come back again so I asked for a full refund. I haven't received it yet but she said it will show up in about 3-5 business days. I really hope it shows up because I don't want to have to call again. I will not come back unless there's new staff and managers..
Utterly disgusted today with BJ’s… I come here a lot with my family and always have a great time with great food. But today it was disgusting.. my sister ordered a salad and when it came out there was a WORM in the salad and when my mothers wings came out they were cold! We normally wait around 20-30 mins for food but today it was more like 45-50 minutes. I’m out of words and highly disappointed.
Very nice relaxing afternoon. Service was good food was great and the beer was what you expect from brewery. The nacho appetizer was huge and would be a meal in itself for 2 people. I recommend adding the chicken to it as well.

I ordered crispy calamariBut 80 % of the plate was octopus and crispy calamari was small piecesIn general the place is nice and good serviceAnd thank u for being open all time till midnight And with less waiting time to set
