Small portions when I received it through Uber eats. Go with 626hawiian better. I didn't order with this because they were not taking orders today.
The MAHI MAHI and the CHIKEN KATSU is very delicious ??, It's a HIGH RECOMMEND to go here.Must try these ones.?
The food was made fresh and the portion size was larger than expected!!! My first time trying this restaurant and everything was delicious!
Beyond disappointed!! Quality is horrible, portions are very small. Chicken katsu looked like tiny little chicken nuggets, the katsu sause was a huge let down. Not even katsu sause, it's supposed to be nice thick and creamy not watered down and almost a clear looking. SMH!!! Coming from a Polynesian!!
beyond disappointed!! just picked up a big order from her to try with the family and NEVER again!!! never have I seen chicken katsu look like thin dried out chicken nuggets. smh!!Smh!!! the katsu sause watered down much? where is the thick and creamy sause?? family of 8 and never again will we waste our time or money on this place again. just stick with L&Ls pepper. coming from a polynesian. HUGH let down!!!
Really good food better than ONO Hawaiian BBQ.
I am Not paid for my opinion and I am VERY picky! We were looking for great food at a reasonable price for a backyard wedding, about 150 people, for November 2021.For about 6 months I brought in all kinds of foods including all the local Hawaiian BBQ restaurants, local to San Dimas, and had all of my employees pick what they liked the best. AHI - hands down was the favorite of everyone. We ordered big quantities so that we could really put them to the test.I met with Dedy (an owner) at the West Covina location. They have a very organized way of figuring out what you need and Dedy was VERY honest with his ideas. He was 100% right with his suggestions!The food was a HIT! They delivered and I had ZERO worries. I would use them over again and again!Priced better than the photographers. Seriously - FANTASTIC for a big event! Easy to work with and very friendly.
