really good place I love it
My wife likes the yogurt place, so we had to go, lol. I also got some yogurt, for being the driver. Pretty good, I had vanilla and strawberry with white chocolate chips, lol. She had strawberry, cheesecake and coconut. Good way to end the weekend.

Very disappointed yogurt land is one of my sons favorite places to go as of today we will no longer be going there as I don’t feel it is safe my son was eating you yogurt land when he tells me “ mommy is hard I don’t want it “ I thought Mybe it was a hard part of the strawberry but then he takes something out of his mouth and it is a peace of glass I was in complete shock ! I can’t trust anything anymore I’m glad my son was smart enough to not eat it as he is only 3years old ? very worried for other kids since it is a place kids often go to .
The minute we walked in the girl at the cash register handed out our cups. The girl had gloves on all the time and never changed them out. She's handleling money, handing out paper cups for the yogurt, and in addition she's also serving toppings for your frozen yogurt!!! I think they should have two people working, one handling money and the other serving. This girl is only protecting her self, and not the customers.

Walked in at 11:31 am and the lady working there rudely said “closed it’s closedddd” (pointing at the door) with a loud tone when The sign clearly said OPEN! Never coming to this Yogurtland very disappointed!
Always clean, friendly employees. I only gave a low rating because now they aren't allowing paying customers use their restroom. Recently I went in with a large party needing to wash our hands but they refused even though we purchased alot of yogurt!
Your store is closed, and your hours posted says you close at 10 pm. Most of the time you are out of flavors, your cleaning your machines, and full of excuses...and what's worse your customer service comes with attitude. I live in Watsonville and I would rather drive to get my Yogurtland elsewhere. If I wanted to deal with this much drama I'd go to McDonald's and listen to their sad excuses for poor productivity and service.
