Chicken sandwich was really good. Shrimp was okay. Coleslaw too much mayo.
0/5 review. Costumer service is terrible. Those high school kids working get mad about everything. I couldn't order my food without them having attitude. My sandwich was 85% mayonnaise. If you go to this place, don’t dare ask for sauce, they’ll try to act tough and ignore you.
Love this Popeyes the staff there are so sweet! And the food is just great! Always have a good experience coming here.
This is the first time I had a bad food experience with Popeyes. The coleslaw had weird taste with a slimy looked?....that went into the trash ?. The biscuit was hard. I had the tackle box and the food was wrapped in separate containers ?. My shrimp was in a small box, the biscuit was wrapped in paper.Hope the next time will be better.

This is the third time I visit Popeyes here in Watsonville and I am highly disappointed in the service. First time, they gave me the wrong order, second time one item once missing, and today Luis a young arrogant fellow/attendant confronted me when I asked for a buffalo sauce. Demanding me to pay for it because it was "company policy", I was more then happy to pay but his arrogance and his demeanor was offensive and extremely unprofessional.Message to the Manager- Please train your employees to prepare and bag the correct orders and more importantly train them to exceed in customer service!!! ..because you just lost a customer.
It is unfortunate that this is the closest location. The food is always great. It can be a bit spicy at times. This location does not have a drive thru.
Really bad customer service this place needs people with manners at least say welcome or something. I felt rushed to order my food. Plus the tables were super dirty and it seems like no sweeps lots of crumbs everywhere plus dirt.
I am never gonna eat at Popeyes ever again.For $40.00 I got 5 chicken tenderloins and 3 half-sized tenderloins falsely totalling a count of 8 tenderloins. Plus 4 small cardboard tasting dry crumbly buttermilk bisquits (didn't get no butter). And a very small potato and gravy side-dish (single serve). Didn't get no sauces I forgot to ask and they forgot to ask me as well. Oh! And no drinks. The 8 piece tenderloins chicken meal does not include drinks.Am I missing something here. I got severely misled by corporate greed of money per/food value. Fool me once is enough to say...Never Again!
Didn't have any dark meat left like thighs or just didn't want to have to go to get more from the back pantry. Disappointed with this store and I used to love them because they were acomidating to the regular customers ?
