I wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer experience ever. The quality of the herbs weren’t even close to competitors and the return process is horrible too. All around 0/10. I would never recommend this company to my clients, herbalists and any tea enthusiasts. There’s far better out there. That’s why they are priced low. Trust me. Or just look at the quality compared to herbs I’ve had over a year. I look forward to getting my money back and being done.

Amazing. I saw some dirt when I picked up the first of five items - then I realized I turned it upside down. After opening, I used the small amount of extra dirt to put in where needed, followed the directions for moisture, and the next morning they are perky and happy little plants. I will follow their suggestions, and I can definitely recommend this company for price, communication, speed, quality, packaging, shipping, and final product. Thank you.
Love the product! ( chamomile flowers) Seems to be helping our horse with his nervousness.Takes awhile to get tho-wish shipping was a little quicker but I will just have to plan ahead. Came packaged very well also.
Sample TeasI am so happy that I ran across this website on my search for teas. I received my sample teas of the ones I want to purchase; I have to say they are delicious. I have ordered several times from your company and really love your products. However, this time, somehow my order of 32 lbs dried shredded ginger root, instead of being packed with one pound bag like previous order, they were all in one huge plastic bag and that's not what I had expected and how I liked to to receive.
I purchased fresh bay leaves for cooking and making tea. What a huge difference fresh herbs make. The great aroma upon opening the package, so savory. Will never buy in the grocery stores again!!!I also purchased several teas, delicious!! Great products. Thank you!

Excellent customer service! Dropped the one star since all but one of the herbs I ordered were fresh and flavorful. The old, stale item they immediately offered to refund my money without asking me to return it and also told me they'd pull the item from their inventory to check it since it was supposedly still way within the "use-by" period. I would definitely buy from them again.
