Of all the McDonalds in Watsonville, this one is the newest, cleanest, quickest and best!
Their staff should take customer service trainings. They lack basic customer service skills. Orders are inaccurate. you're better off driving to the other locations in town.
Pass this location and try another. Everything was soggy and tasted bad. We fell for the sign outside that said "playplace open!" and it must be a marketing gimmick, it was not open. They give small fries with meals. Then after gross food we tried to wash it down with more soda (which was the only thing that tasted normal) they said "sorry no refills". Why go to McDs if there is no playground and no refills??

First time at the new location. I was in line for ordering and had cars behind me use outside lane as I waited to be helped. Two cars were helped before me which I didnt really care for. My order was fine, but had to pull over and wait for my food to come out. I understand if my order was complicated, but I was the only car that waited for 12 minutes.Another gripe I have is, why are the large fries at all Watsonville locations in a smaller paper like package vs the red cardboard package that holds about 1/3 more fries, only in Watsonville? I usually go to the location on Blossom Hill and Kooser in San Jose and De Anza Blvd in Cupertino. I don't think I will be visiting the Watsonville McDonald's in the future. Its s shame because I want to support local but find it difficult under these circumstances.
Haven't had a big mac in years. Since we have a new McDonald's, it's time I had one. Not to many people in side. And I'm still wearing a mask.
