Fun late night snack turned into a whole day of misery. Around 11 pm last night 5/4/22 we passed by McDonald’s near pájaro and Burger King to grab a bit. Everyone who ate the chicken woke up to diarrhea and vomiting. Put yourself in my shoes, being food poised taking care of 2 other sick children, cleaning their mess up, two others not sick needing to go to school all under 14 years old. I honestly cried. Scared someone could get sick we called to report this not requesting a refund but just a precaution the lady that answers did not introduce her self after requesting a manager she says yes it’s me. I tell her the whole thing and she says “oh yeah well I don’t work in the afternoon so I don’t know.” Request to call me back to speak with someone. Calls me back and says we have to go in to the location after 2 pm to make a report. So anyone who gets sick today on cinco de mayo im sorry! We tried but they just didn’t even care
It was a pleasant time...clean. They have bathroom use for customer..
I made my order clear and even repeated it two times and when I go up they didn’t give me a item and plus my drink they gave me a water which I did not ask for and I made it clear what drink I wanted!
I like stopping there to grab a fast cup of coffee and a sausage biscuit to go because they have nice people working there who are quick with your order
Very good McDonalds, always friendly. If anything is not satisfactory to you, just ask and the staff always fixes it. The place is clean as a whistle and the staff are very good folks.It all makes a difference. They put an effort into the whole business and it shows.
I asked for refill on my drink, and They said no, even when I told them is part of his policy. And They said because of the pandemia then I ask for a new cut and they want to sell me another instead. No sign or any advice about this new policy
I had a bad experience with this particular McDonalds tonight. All was going well, until the moment I received my order. I didn’t receive items from my order and when I addressed the issue with them, they charged me for my missing items, which was fine. However, when I got home I realized an item was still missing, one that I had already purchased and reminded them of twice. Seems they should pay more attention or give less hours to workers who aren’t up for the job. Mistakes are always made, but it happened twice, which is ridiculous.
Very busy, service was a little slow but very friendly. Food was fresh and delicious.

Never been to a McDonald’s that doesn’t give refills on drinks . I had to explain my order to them several times for them to get it right .Restrooms lock and only one at a timeBut when I used it they open the door for another person well I was still in there .Very disappointed
