Omg the wait was rediclous in the drive thru that the food was cold as hell
Burger was missing cheese and the patty had poke through holes in it. And egg roll top was almost separated which looked as if someone took a bite into it and then changed their mind. It really looked gross. We didn't eat either, took pictures and brought items into the store the next day hoping for a replacement, after I tried to call without answer or a call back reponse, however it wasn't received well. I was told I should have called, yet I did. I was told the that the egg roll was fine that the tongs probably squished it but that there was nothing wrong with it and they were unwilling to replace it. If anyone has kids then you know, many times if it looks gross they won't eat it.Considering they do not care about the appearance of their products and miss basic ingredients of their products without the consideration of their customers needs or wants, I give this location ?? I say shame on them for not doing it correctly the 1st time and not making it right the 2nd time after having to waste my gas driving 15 minutes to return to the location.
$10+ combo #1* the worst it's ever been. Goin in, you know it's garbage food, but the quality of the $6+ burger was so bad I returned it. Never again. 1lb grass fed beef is the same price at target. Awful sandwich, but the fries were edible.
Drive -thru is made for compact cars.The quality/ preparation of Food is better here than in Santa CruzJIB.
Haven't been there in a month or so. My be I drove by. I would rather make burger at home for 1/2 the price. Trust me I'm economics. I've learned about streatham every dollar I'm learning recipes
The manager of this Jacks is a great guy and really does a great job. Staff are friendly, restaurant is clean, service is swift. As for food, I am so addicted to Jack's two tacos and have been for decades....don't know why but they are the best fast food tacos around. And cheap too! This little shopping center has a ton of stuff--Dollar Tree, Big 5, a great produce store, a Firestone car service garage, and a great laundromat. You can get a lot done here while you stop for a bite.
I actually never even went inside this place, nor was I contemplating going inside, EVER!! To ME, jack in the crack has always been lightweight somewhat disgusting!! The ONLY food that I find appetizing would have to be the breakfast!!! Everything else is???
Its ok but they need to better management due to the unkept dirty bathroom ...i saw dirty ladies undies under the sink on the floor and on top of the mirror vanity definitely a NO NO. for a fastfood restaurant ...
