2 stars only for the slush puppie. We heard this place was good and I just wanted a cheeseburger ?. We never went here before.But when we went through the drive thru to order and when we payed, the lady working there overcharged us on a burger that was a $13.99 special on the sign and we were charged $15.49. The person kept arguing with us that it's due to tax but if that were the case then we paid tax twice on that burger and on receipt said $15.49 for the burger when the tax is always underneath, not included on the burger price.She also was talking to us very rudely when we were just trying to get the money back that she over charged us. we were there waiting for her to come back for 15 minutes that we ended up just going in and got it fixed sort of, though she still over charged us for what we changed our minds on.When we did get home, my burger had no cheese ? ? on it and looked like someone smushed it, and it was soggy, and that was very gross. I'm sorry if that person was having a bad day but come on. My boyfriend and I do not want to come back here again which is sad because the place looks amazing.
The food and atmosphere are great. The counter person could focus a bit more, she has gotten our order wrong multiple times . But it's still a great place.
I passed through Watsonville on my way home on the 4th of July. I would've ordered here but the employees were lighting off illegal fireworks in the drive thru.
New to the area. This is a great hole in the wall restaurant. Great burgers and Philly cheese steak sandwiches. I got the triple fat boy burger, it was huge !! Delicious burger. Could have fed 3 people. Also got the Philly cheese steak sandwich, this was outstanding ! One of the best I've had !! Did a comparison test to Kong burger today on both the Philly cheese steaks and the hamburgers. Both were definitely delicious but hands down for the same price respectively this place offers twice the food for the money. Portions were 2 to 3 times the size here at fat boy burger. Over all they win !! Because of the portion size everything was huge !! Great food both places !!! But could have fed 2 to 3 people with that huge burger alone.
Burgers and food was fyyyyre. Worth the wait since the food is fresh and amazing. The cashier (I forgot her name) with the nice eyelashes was very friendly and patient. Love this placw

Hit and miss, the first time we ate here it was really good. This time not as good but maybe because I tried something different. Grilled cheese needed more cheese and was really dry. Amount of fries was skimpy on this visit as well. Will try again another time
Pretty good menu, pretty good burgers. Best fast food in town really. The tomatoes and produce could be better. I wish they’d get a deal from Ocean Side Produce for the tomato’s and a variety of lettuce. Don’t change the Avocado, it’s great except for a little black sometimes. I wish they’d have a deal on an Avocado burger without the strange bacon. And the ladies who work there need an attitude adjustment!!!
Exactly what I was looking for in a burger joint. Somehow tastes much better than everywhere else, not sure how... simple ingredients, independent family establishment. I drove quite a ways, because when I mentioned Fat Boy Burgers, someone always smiled like they knew a secret. Darn good burger.
