Employees are very rude and disrespectful, I was given my order and after that was completely ignored. I didn’t know if I was missing anything, tried to talk to them but was ignored so I left. They don’t even wear uniforms, just completely regular clothes and the employees work with their BARE HANDS. It’s not just the customer service, the food too. The food tasted like they have had it for MONTHS. It isn’t fresh at all and it tasted so horrible never going back again
Very disappointed by The staff here are lazy eating lounge is dirty, trash everywhere, french fries on the floor holes in seats with duck tape .. wouldn’t recommend eating here .Only reason I ate here is cuz the bk in Santa Cruz was to far for me go . That bk is super clean and I swear the fries are made with some special salt lol you gotta try it to believe it ..
God bless but they didn't honor my survey with my Impossible Whopper. And I feel like the survey included the "impossible Whopper but the restaurant didn't. And that's not fair.

Old and cold food and when I ask for my food to be off the broiler i get it cold 98% of the time especially if the its the manger taking the order i don't know if it's because she doesn't know what that means or just doesn't care only time i get it off the broiler is when there's some young guy taking my order and he makes me park in the front for about 7 minutes that's how I know it's really off the broiler takes 7 minutes to get and it's actually hot wish they would do it for me every time I'd eat there more often
Burgerking is old they don't make burgers good there always cold.seriouly take for ever
Drive-thru really they make you wait 5 minutes after some places an order, then you can go. Wow I rather go somewhere else. This is why I rated 1 star.
Quick, and courteous service
