This Baskin-Robbins had the worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. I entered the store excited trying a couple different flavors which seemed a very difficult process for her to get through it’s like she didn’t even wanna work there . I decided on a Strawberry Milkshake and asked the girl to make it extra thick please. She looked at me like I had asked her to give up her first born child. And rudely told me it was gonna cost more money. Which really doesn’t make any sense because to make it thicker, one would only have to use less milk. I don’t see how that would cost more. So I opted out of the extra thick shake I really only had enough for the advertise price. I paid and tipped the girl two dollars dispute her rudeness. As I stuck my straw in the shake and started to indulge in my summertime treat. I discovered that what I was given could not even be put in the same category as a milkshake it was like a iced strawberry milk. The runniest milkshake I’ve ever encountered and the messed up part was it seemed like the girl had made it thinner on purpose. Because she didn’t like the way I looked or maybe she didn’t like the two dollars I tipped her. I felt pretty ripped off and I was. I should’ve gone to the Jack in the box next-door for cheaper bigger thicker milkshake. Which I think I’m gonna go do right now!

I went to get ice cream with my daughter and I'm pregnant with acute pancreatitis so I had to have a low ice cream and a worker was being very rude and very DISRESPECTful he was rushing us mumbling words and yelling at us about masks although we had masks on he seemed childish an immature to be working there
