our group and the couple ahead of us stood in the front, with no hosts to greet us. it was really awkward and not a good way to welcome guests to the restaurant. i asked to speak to the manager and he had no way to ease the issue. he left it up to the staff to figure it out and all he said was sorry we’re going through a shift change. well maybe have someone like yourself a manager cover the front and greet the guests. i told him how awkward it was and him and his staff just stared at me so awkward i felt uncomfortable. not the best experience here…
Today Jonathan was our server. He was Very friendly. We ordered from the Happy hour menu. Sweet Asian chili boneless wings were excellent. Always ask for extra sauce.
I dont know why they put us in the very corner while others being seated in the center.The food was served very late and the cheese was very watery on the pasta and it was gross and made me sick.The entire system in the store doesn't seem to be alright.The food cooked was terrible at least when i visited.
Company Leadership wants to take advantage of rising prices to exploit employees: don't eat here, chose a smaller local resturant instead! Here included is the internal memo that got leaked.
The food is always good. We like coming here to try their latest mixed drinks, though I will say they are usually quite light on the alcohol and are more of a novelty. If you order a regular drink from the bar they seem to contain a normal amount of alcohol. The staff is always nice and attentive.
Absolutely horrible service! Waitied about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us even though multiple employees made eye contact and saw us, then were told it'd be another 10 minutes for a table. Placed our order, 15 minutes later out drinks arrived, 30 mins later our appetizers arrived cold. We never got our meal, after waiting an hour we paid for our drinks and left.
went there and the service was awful. seems like our food was sitting before we got it, fries were completely cold. servers stared at you rudely while not doing their job. usually love applebees, will not be returning to this one.
We had a great meal. Two of us had steaks and the other had a bacon burger. All cooked to order. The service was good and friendly.
Over priced, cheap food. I wish I took pictures of the ones I ordered for my Birthday dinner last month. We ordered 2 steak dinners and were inedible with the amount of fat and silver skin I had to use scissors to cut them to give to my dog. This time at least only half was inedible.
Had a very happy hour at Apple bee's! Rosa was amazing with her customer service, the food was great and the drinks were awesome
