Warning: Do not buy wings or food here!(-)5 stars. Worst f-n Wingstop I've been to.Wing sauce spread over all of them.Large fries came with 10 ea. Soggy and broken fries. Customer service: none. I was ignored when requested more fries.
Not that good, but its not bad.At least i got my order correct and fast.But they are so many other good wings shop around.I guess wingstoo closes late
This place is ran terribly. I’ve gone twice, and they messed up my order both times. First time I ordered online and received a confirmation email saying my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive in 30 minutes and ask about my order. They have not started making it; in fact, the order seems to be news to them. Interestingly, there were no more than two tickets on their line. The guy at the counter and the other woman working there bicker a bit, laugh, and let me know my order was being made right now. He starts making my order, and in ten minutes finishes it. I go to the counter once more, and to his surprise, he had made someone else’s order even though I gave him the correct name. He let’s me know he will make my order. So after sending in my online order, it took an hour and some change to receive it. The next time I ordered in store because I figured I was gonna have to wait anyway. I place an order for 20 wings and name about 5 flavors. When my order arrived I got 20 wings; except, they are all only the first flavor I named. I swear the workers here are a bit out of it. A sample size of two visits is rather small, but I would advise you take the time to drive to a different location, or even a Buffalo Wild Wings.
The restaurant needs maintenance, but the food is not half bad
The guy taking orders doesn't want to be there it seems. Took my order and said it back to me correctly but it was made wrong. When I came to pick up my food he seemed frustrated about the phone ringing.
Excellent serving time but just need to maintain cleanliness of the entire restaurant especially the comfort room.
Called Monday 24 around 6 pm some male answered we kindly asked if he can take our order and his response was “hell no” my fiance asked his what he said and continued to say “hell no” we asked for his name said he couldn’t give us his name he said he couldn’t. This kid has no customer service and I will definitely not be coming back for being treated so poorly.
The lemon pepper and parmesan cheese wings are the best! My phone order was promptly ready!
The workers here are completely unorganized. A 20 minute order took 40 minutes, other customers were upset for waiting for the same amount of time, serving cold fries or cold wings. Customers having to ask to have their orders remade or even asking for their money back. The service here is horrible and they need to have better workers at this Wing Stop. I don’t recommend coming to this location.
