I ordered braised pork knuckle and it was soooo damn good! The pork knuckle was so tender and we'll seasoned. The rice bowl was seasoned with some kind of sauce and garlic. The soup tasted like their signature broth with some fresh mushrooms in it. The portion was huge. Overall, I am really impressed with the quality and quantity of the meal.
Food is healthy and awesome there. The essence they sell is so good and my personal favorite is Longan. It’s not too sweet and it’s flavorful. I drink it daily to improve my immune system and I barely got sick anymore.
Last week was the first time in this fine restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the first-rate meal and booze and with the comfortable cost. We will surely visit there soon.
First time here at this restaurant. There isn’t much seats inside the restaurant. The service is pretty good, and the food is delicious as well. I ordered pork and I like the chicken soup that came with the meal. The environment of the restaurant is nice, probably because it is still fairly new. \\nI can see myself visiting this restaurant again to try out other dishes.
4.6 stars... Some places you need to go back to appreciate it more. Strike of death is cleanliness or sanitation but if it's not that then it may be worth another try. It took me more than 4 visits for me to write this review. I hesitated and hesitated because I didn't like their service when I initially visited this place. Then I really like their chicken essence products. Then I got to-order foods. They were good but not great.\\n\\nThen finally I ate here for the very first time. It changed my attitude about this place for good. I also understand why people would drive all the way from Pasadena area to this place. Still I'm not sure about an one-hour drive. Lol\\n\\nThis visit we ordered the Chinese yam beef rib soup combo as well as the minced pork rice combo. They were both so good. The amount of food they give for the combo was amazing. Hence the value is incredible. It made to-go order looks silly. Also their food you really need to have it there and then. It makes such a difference!\\n\\nBroth, you've had me on the 5th Visit.

Nice place to get some hearty Taiwanese style soup. Menus are in both Chinese and English, but I found the Chinese side to have a better explanation of the different menu items. Place is a bit small with a total of 4 tables and a bar option. I would recommend to come during non peak times but be careful as they close at 2:30pm for an afternoon break.
