I have been going thru this location drive thru since my favorite location was temporarily closed due to the pandemic and when I visit Stater Brothers. This a.m. I went thru the drive thru and asked for a door dash bag carrier for my order, ( 2 drinks and a bakery item). The barista said "we don't have those". I explained how she could cut a cup tray in half and place one half into the bag for the 2 drinks. She looked at me like I had three eyes and closed the drive thru window. After 8 minutes, a male barista with brown round glasses and an attitude of entitlement comes to the window. I asked him if there is a problem with getting a bag for my drinks.. he replied with a "snarky" We don't do that!! I explained that all the starbucks do and he replied (with more attitude) we don't do that here, then I asked for dots put over the openings of my drinks and he tried putting coffee stoppers in an iced drink cup,( doesn't work!!) I told him he has a bad attitude and tried to turn the blame on me for making asimple request. I told him repeat customers like me keep him in a job. He replied that I do not keep him in a job, he keeps himself at a job at starbucks. This kid is in for a rude awakening. I was recording the entire incident unbeknownst to him!!! He refused to give me his name and had no name badge on!!! He is a pathetic face of Starbucks!! Luckily my favorite location has been open for a while and as my husband says, don't bother with this subpar starbucks when the gold standard is right down the street!!Just want everyone to know that the Starbucks at Grand & Valley will treat you well and provide extraordinary customer service... no ignorant baristas with entitlement issues there!!
Horrible experience I got all my group's drinks in under 5 minutes but to order 2 Banana breads their excuse was they only have 1 small oven so they maid me wait 10 minutes
4/5 because I ordered a BACON GOUDA egg sandwich, and I only got an egg sandwich :/

For being one of my first times ordering alone at a Starbucks the cashier was super patient with me and super respectful and I think that itself deserved the 5 star review. On top of the good service the food was amazing! If you somehow manage to see this, thank you so much Josh!
I am a Starbucks worker myself. This location is by far the worst one I’ve been to. She didn’t give me my partner discount correctly. My sandwich hard and my bacon isn’t even cooked correctly. My drink had 2% when I asked for oat milk. A waste of my money and my time. Truly disappointed. Will not be returning.
Placed order on app and waited 10 minutes before leaving to pick it up since it wad a busy time. It was not ready when I got there and had to wait another 5 minutes. Took 20 or so minutes to get drink. The people there are nice.

(7 pictures) We were driving through and spontaneously stopped here. Decent parking in the center, but what was nice was how spacious and clean it was inside. Kind of deceptive as to size. Almost seemed bigger inside than outside. Would be a nice place to spread out and work (as a few were doing). Service was very good and the food was usual Starbucks quality.
