Bad day or bad batch? Rose milk tea was flavorless (I asked for less sweet, which in their definition is 70%, but it tasted more like 20% sweet at other boba shops) and the matcha strawberry latte was thrown away immediately after just one sip, it was that inedible. Sunright Tea Studio in nearby Diamond Bar does matcha strawberry latte much better even when you ask for less sweetness.
I don't know whether or not the employees are properly trained, or they just simply ignored orders' instructions, but they are NOT supposed to mix cream cheese with the drinks, and that it should come with the lids every-single-time!I specifically instructed them to use the lids and even told them in-person to make sure they would't mess up but they still did. This is the second time already, there won't be a third time since I won't be coming back.And I don't even want to mention the employees' attitudes yet, because they're way worse.Good store, good drinks quality, it's just hard to have good employees these days.
Good even when busy
The drinks are great. I have tried a lot of different boba places. But this tea shop is the best. Brings newexperience in terms of the teas and the toppings. Lasttime i tried the jasmine green milk tea and the candymilk tea. It tasted better than expected. This time Iordered strawberry matcha latte. The matcha andstrawberry combination is great and did not disappoint me. The space is good for study too.
Great selection of drinks. The staff is friendly and my drink was quickly made. The place is a bit small but lots of seating options and very comfy chairs.

Here is a nice cool new place to go to.Friendly people and amazing range of choices.We tried the Matcha Stormy which is one the top sellers and gives you a refreshing taste.Will come back to check more of their menu.
I love the tea here. My kids love their drinks. Made from real fruit and real milk. Nice place to hang out.
