I am a foody indeed! Pizzas tend to be on the rich side for me. Have to watch my diet. Pieology allows me the fantasy of both worlds, if you will. I can sink my teeth into something akin to the flavors of the rich pizzas minus the associated guilt. I can still come out the winner, the conqueror of my food consumption destiny. Laugh if you will, but I still have my continuous chuckles every time I think of those "pizza" selections at Pieology. Lovin em!!! Still hungry? Stop reading and start ordering now...
Very limited vegan options compared to other build your own pizza restaurants
We dropped by this Pieology on our way out of town.The pizza was filling but the experience wasn’t the most pleasant when ordering.We came in on 4/16/22 at around 6:45pm. There was a worker who was wearing a multicolor mask. It was a bit of a bummer to see how she put the ingredients in our pizza. She didn’t space them out very well. Often she would just kind of plop them in the middle of the pizza. The way she was making them made it look like she really didn’t want to be there. There was no love being put into our pies.Maybe she needs some sprinkle/ topping spread training… as ridiculous as that sounds.She also kept asking if “that was all” pretty much before you could fully get out the last thing you were saying.Somehow? After the bake, the pizzas looked pretty good. The ingredients seem to have evened out a bit. Maybe the baker man had enough olive for the two of them ?.Initially I was quite out off by our group’s interactions when making the pizza.. but it turned out alright in the end.Pizza’s pizza you know?
This is the 2nd time I've been to this location and the pizza is great but the service and the attitude towards the customers is horrific not even a smile not even a thank you it's like they're doing me a favor by me paying $15 for a small little pizza I highly recommend you do some retraining motivation and motivation and recruiting recruiting what you're associates it's surprising that you do the business you do with the attitude of the associates there
The customer service here is always horrible. I walked in and one of the employees that was on her phone asked me wait outside for my online order I had places 30 min ago. She stated they would call out my name. 3 customers waited outside for 15 min and no one came out to call our name. We had to walk inside and all three employees were on there phones standing around. The place is filthy, why not clean if no good customer service can be provided.
The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast as possible without really helping anyone.The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas.The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off.Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.
Worst experience ever!Me and my wife got a pizza each, her pizza was good but the experience getting it was dreadful. The girl taking our order had a attitude the whole time rushing us to get something already. And then my gluten free pizza was burnt, and they had the nerve to tell me that the blackened crust was not burned, " that's how it is"... when it tasted like charcoal. If they spent more time paying attention to the pizza and certain cooking times of each crust, instead of having fun conversations at the front.... They at least agreed to remake it and gave me a expired free pizza card....it was the 4pm shift, definitely to be avoided.

Service was very quick, all the toppings and pizza ingredients looked very fresh. Portions of toppings is great! The way this location had everything set up was very streamlined. Order inside and I had to wait outside for my finished pizza. The wait was short! My only gripe is that there was a little bit of burnt residue on the bottom of my pizza, not a huge issue.
Despite the restrictions brought on by covid, I think the employees are doing a fantastic job here. Great job!
